Don't order from this person. She provides no updates and doesn't even ship your order. I ordered something as a graduation gift and it didn't come at all and it's been 7 months now. No matter how many times I reach out through email, instagram dm and tiktok she just doesn't respond. She's taking people's hard earned money and not giving the product.

Worst of the worst never received my order

I ordered in July 2025 and still haven’t gotten my package, whenever I try to reach out about it I get ignored or have to literally email using other people’s emails just to get a response.

My item was never delivered and I got no updates on my order and i lost a lot of money and didn’t get it back when I asked for a refund so the seller is a scammer

Gorgeous necklace and definitely worth the price.

I bought my mom and brother some presents from this shop. It got here fairly quickly considering weather and Christmas rush and came in perfect condition. The items are in perfect condition and were loved by my mom and brother.

Placed an order at the start of September being promised this will come within 2 weeks. It's now been almost 4 months and I have still not received my items - I originally order from ArtbyZakia as I had seen the amazing products they produce.

I also attempted to contact the support team countless times, by both online chat and email, and only heard back once however still no communication nor update about my order since. The individual that originally resposnsed was kind and understanding and was stated that my delivery had been upgraded, i will receive all items at the same time but still nothing.

Honestly, do NOT recommend by from ArtbyZakia at all as they post on social media but do not respond to your queries at all. This feels like one of the biggest scams and I will definitely NOT be buying from them every again.

I have not yet received the necklace I ordered, and I have not received any communication regarding its status. However, I have observed that the company remains active on social media, posting promotional content. When I attempted to inquire about my order through comments on their social media videos, my account was subsequently blocked.

Scammer, never received my order

after waiting for weeks the necklace came and the writing was wonky. if you can’t do your job properly then don’t do it and close it. why would you send a necklace with a wonky writing and not replying to my emails after asking for updates your not blind you can see this shit.

The product was just what I wanted. It was affordable as well, which is a plus when I am a university student on a budget. Very well made and care instructions are very clear. The only issue I would say is it took a while to get to me, even for a personalised item, other than that, everything was perfect!

Didn’t receive my order…

Been 6 months still havnt received my order nor had the seller bothered to respond to my emails or messages. Horrible customer service
