I purchased 2 pairs of sandals paying close to $100 for them on sale. I believed the product to be of beautiful Italian leather. They were not. They were cheapy made of plastic tarp-like material. I emailed customer service twice with no response after several days. I called the phone number. It was a fax line. I believe this site to be a scam. I would not recommend shopping here!
If there was a "no-star" review, I would give that. Starting with quality of shoes. Look cheap, ill-fitting. Tried to return by following instructions, requesting Return Authorization. Sent 3 emails to given address. and did not receive a response. Called the phone number listed under contact us, which rang and rang without answer. Now, disputing charge from credit card. Don't work with this company!!
I ordered a pair of red sandals. I never received a confirmation email of my order. Received a delivery message from the courier company about delivery after i'd long forgotten I ordered. Sandals came in a weird box with a chinese name. The sandals was nothing close to the image. I feel deceived. Please do not patronize this business. I can't believe "Shop" is in business with thus fraudulent company
