DO not buy from this company if you live in the UK. Poster very poor quality and they charge £10 to send it back as a return....ridiculous and a con

Frame arrived extremely warped, and impossible to hang without looking silly. Contacted you several times, and I was then asked to fill in a form and enclose photographs of the frame. Both of which I have done. Heard nothing. This was a birthday gift, the recipient did not receive it in time, in fact has not received it at all… I hope to receive a replacement or a refund, even a response would be something.

This was my 1st purchase, and it was fantastic. Order delivered promptly and prints are amazing. Will be ordering more for sure.

Being asked to review a product that I haven’t yet received!
It was ordered 10 days ago, apparently shipped 5 days ago then advised that it would arrive 2 days ago.
It might be wonderful but I can’t say as I haven’t yet seen it. I remain hopeful.

Great products. Had a slight issue with delivery but this was speedily resolved by Artesta so very happy. Would order from them again.

Fast service and excellent quality

Good quality product. The only downside was having to use the shopify / shop app to track delivery.

This is my second purchase from Artesta and have found them a great choice. Prints came well packaged and I didn’t have to wait to long.

Prints just as described, packed well and arrived quickly

I purchased a large framed print on 8th September. When it arrived I was really disappointed. I had searched many websites for the right picture before settling on Artesta. The print had been squeezed into the frame which meant the edges of the print had buckled. The quality and weight of the paper the print is printed on is poor. It looks awful. I sent a picture and complained to Artesta. They replied and sent a link to fill in a complains form. I filled it in and still haven’t heard anything.

Love the prints and frames but a little disappointed that the front facing is plastic and not glass.

Hi I ordered 3 posters from you (order number UK-24531) 10 days ago… and I haven’t heard anything other than the confirmation email after I ordered. I am concerned as I have tried to email you several times but not heard anything back.

There was a small issue with the first order I received however the customer service I received was excellent. I would recommend both the products and company

This was my second purchase from Artesta, very prompt delivery and excellent product. Last time I had a small issue and was very impressed with the customer service, which is very important to me, hence why I ordered again. This company will always be my first choice for art purchases.
