Our frame was fine and the repro on the print was good. The packaging was excellent, so no complaints.

The quality is not good. Frames are flimsy and print paper is thin, which means the prints "bubble" and don't lay flat in the frame. Very poor quality for the cost. I ordered the larger versions, so the smaller prints might be ok.

We needed a few prints for our hallway but I knew what I wanted... trying to find it on the high street was a nightmare. We found the Artesta website by accident but so happy we did. Their choice is amazing and so reasonable. All different sizes. After being kept well advised on the progress of our order we received it on time and really well packaged. After ordering just two prints to see how good the quality was, we have gone on to order all the prints for the hallway.

I had a minor problem with my order the communication with the company was so responsive and they were so helpful.

I want to return my print as the quality is not what I expected at all...a blurry print that looks cheap. The return cost is £10 with no other option to choose. This is so overpriced and I only paid £3.99 to get it sent out so why so much to return? Feels like a scam and puts people off returning items.

Easy to navigate web site. Interesting choice of prints. Ordering and payment simple and efficient. Good email communication, confirmation, order status etc. Prints arrived in good time, wrapped in tissue paper in a cardboard tube which was in turn inside a triangular cardboard box. Bought as a present hopefully the recipient will like them.

Ordered the wrong size (cm not inches) but thought the picture and frame were very poor quality so decided to return it. Trying to charge me £25 to return a £20.90 order that hardly weighs anything. Complete rip off - think they're trying to get bank details.

I'm very pleased with my two prints from Artesta. They arrived in good time, well packaged. They look great in the frames I already had and really brighten up an empty wall. Great choice of artwork on the website. I will be using them again.

I ordered a print to go in a frame I already have, it arrived quickly and very well packaged in tissue paper and inside a tube, then in a triangular box! The print is excellent quality and although not cheap I feel it is value for money due to the quality . I am looking at getting a matching print soon and would recommend this company based on my personal experience.

Have ordered two framed prints and am delighted with them. I'm planning on the next few weeks to order three more after some decorating is completed.

Item never showed up, refund promised but not given. Am assuming they are a bunch of scammers

Print arrived not properly framed resulting in a crumpled, damaged print. Emailed sellers to let them know and didn’t even get a courtesy response.

Paid in November for a Xmas gift & not even the courtesy of a reply. Will now have to claim via my bank hopefully.
Wouldn’t waste my money on this shower

Not a UK company, print arrived in the cheapest plastic frame, when trying to activate a refund the company makes it as difficult as possible. Broken English email with no attachment for the return label, several emails later the attachment is sent, final insult they refund minus £10 to cover taxes. Avoid at all cost, overpriced cheap products with zero customer care.
