GREAT COMMUNICATION AND QUICK DELIVERY
From the time that I placed my order both Artfinder and the artist kept me fully informed of progress. Delivery was quick - just four working days from placing my order with the Canada based artist to delivery to me in Southern England. The artwork was very securely packaged and I am delighted with it.

Beware High hidden custom charges
They don’t make very clear the import charges on the art at all, they should put in an approximate or get the cost before posting and confirming - option to proceed or not. Customer Services not particularly speedy or helpful

It's important to note that all international shipments may be subject to additional import taxes and customs duties upon arrival to the destination country, which need to be paid by the receiver, in order to have the shipment released from customs and delivered. Artfinder is a marketplace so you buy directly from the artist, who may or may not have these charges prepaid in advance.
We advise of this at checkout, as well as in the order confirmation email you receive after placing your order, and we also have further information on this on our website here: https://help.artfinder.com/article/826-will-i-be-charged-any-duties-or-taxes-for-my-order. Unfortunately these charges depend on a number of factors, and we're unable to advise on what the customs duties/import fees value may be. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

If any issue arose it was easy to talk to actual people who had actual information and could resolve problems. They also pre-emptively solved problems such as whethe artist filled out customs forms incorrectly, etc. I have now bought at least 10 artworks from Artfinder and have been very happy with the service, the prices and the art.

I use Artfinder a fair amount and always they are responsive and helpful and in my experience always trying to look after their customers. The buying process is easy and the artist is confident that the money has been paid. Artists offer their work from all over the world, so there is always new art coming through.
