Do not buy from this shop
The mirror I received was faulty (the on/off switch broke in a few months) and I needed to send multiple emails to get a refund and someone to pick the faulty product back. At first, Artforma insisted me to pay for the return shipping, but luckily after a long discussion of EU consumer rights they paid for it. According to the EU consumer rights, the seller needs to cover all costs related to the faulty product, such as installation and uninstallation, and not only the return shipping. I asked Artforma to reimburse these costs as well but they refused.
At this point I contaced EU consumer protection party, and they started negotiating with Artform but after many emails they weren't able to help as Artforma just stopped replying them and didn't follow any deadlines. The EU consumer center told me I wasnt the only one having troubles with the company.
Ultimately, the EU consumer protection party was unsuccessfull getting my costs reimbursed and they closed the case. I wrote a summary of the whole saga in Trustpilot, and surprisingly got contacted by the company. Eventually, I got my costs reimbursed - about a year later of the original day I asked the company to cover them.
