I bought a beautiful mosaic picture from this company. It's really well made and arrived packaged well. It was bought as a present, and the recipient will love it.
Beautiful painting, quick delivery, very pleased with purchase but driver left outside in the rain, luckily was ok still
I have bought three pieces up to now and all transactions have been very easy, really please with the artwork also. Great idea to get access to work I would possibly not see.
Quick order ability and ease of liaison with the artist to arrange specific delivery day
Firstly Thank you to the artgallery.co.uk for introducing me to Jennifer Taylor’s art. This artist seems to capture the colours of a landscape of which I’ve walked on many occasions. The purchase of her art through artgallery.co.uk was made simple because I could connect to Jennifer direct and no other third party was involved or asking for a commission.
Lovely website to view and easy to find what you want. My order was processed efficiently and my painting arrived safely and on time.
I have been a happy customer of The Art Gallery for more than 20 years and have always valued greatly the advice and support that has been generously offered to me as an amateur artist. The framing service is superb, and all is carried out with humour and in a friendly and welcoming way.
The curator is very efficient and it looks like it's the only online gallery that offers genuine low limited prints..i.e 10 rather than , say, 150, which makes a huge difference to the investment viability.
I spent some time on this, my first purchase, and am pleased. The people in the framing shop were impressed too!
Easy to order, well packed, fast delivery and a painting as impressive as it looked on the website.
Easy ordering process. Good delivery. Image on website true to delivered painting.
Painting arrived earlier than expected with a personal note from the artist.
Great service
I had an account selling art with this company on and off for about 5 years or so.
Sold a few prints over the years, but there are a few things that really annoyed me about this company. Firstly, I sold a print that I used photobox to print and deliver to the buyer. I have purchased hundreds of prints over the years from photobox and never once had a problem. However, sold one print to a buyer through this website, the customer said that there was a crease in the centre of the print. Did not forward any images of the crease and artgallery, although they had the payment from the buyer would not pay me, the artist.
Another thing that really got me wound up was after uploaded Ai art for more than 18 months, I was then told that they no longer allow Ai images on the site. So I asked them to cancel my account. I had a reply saying this had been done. So I was a little gutted when two weeks later they still took £50 from my bank for another years subscription to sell on the site. I think this should not be as the company takes a large commission from you when you do sell an image.
Looked again today.
Rammed with Ai art.
Wont be getting anymore money from me though.

Great art and huge choice, loved the picture which was purchased and I have only marked the experience down for a few admin issues. Tracking number for the parcel lacked a link to actually track it and not enough info about where the picture was being posted from; if I knew it was coming from Europe, I would have anticipated the slightly longer postage time.
Communication with the artist was very good and the painting was delivered very quickly. Couldn’t really ask for more. Many thanks!
