Articture - excellent company & product variety

Articture is an excellent company that I have ordered from over a few years. Their products are of excellent quality, have unique design & Articture has a responsive customer service team. Recently I ordered four different duvet bedding sets, 3 were Egyptian cotton. The cotton is the highest quality & the designs so unique that everyone one who sees them comments on their beauty.

Deceiving and lack of honesty

I have performed a purchase in this online shop. After some weeks, I was persuaded via email to write a review about my purchase to receive a 40% voucher. I made my review in accordance to my experience and until now no voucher received. Although I have nothing wrong to appoint regarding the products ordered, I feel deceived. It is very disappointing the lack of honesty and worth to be shared.

Scam - Buyers -BEWARE

We have ordered 2 x bedside table lamps, the money was deducted from the credit card, an order number was supplied butt no email confirmation was received of the order.
I have tracked my order on their webpage but it states both my order number and email address does not exist.
I have emailed them constantly with my reply.

Excellent Lights

Love their lights. Reasonably priced and relatively quick shipping. Excellent lights. The magnet light has good lighting when I use it at night. Good customer service and response.

Questionable if authentic or not

SCAM - items don't exist, non existent customer service. I ordered in June 2023 and have been chasing my order ever since. Getting all kinds of answers, item not in stock, then 'we'll deliver direct from factory'. Impossible to get any direct customer service. Get email answers with no names on them. ZERO customer service. No-one ever updates me. Avoid. This website is a total scam
UPDATE: Since posting this review, Articture sent me the item which I appreciated but it took many, many emails, constant following up, constant questioning. No-one ever initiated an email to me, I had to constantly chase it. I really wanted this item so I didn't give up but I'm sure many people would! Thanks for sending the item, but please in future ensure your listings are accurate.

Beautiful Tree Moss Art

My experience with Articture has been great!

My experience with Articture was amazing.They specialize in crafting custom wood panels, which naturally meant longer lead times for my order. However, their team did a great job in keep me up to date on my order and the final product was better than I expected. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Articture for their top-notch craftsmanship and customer service!

I made an order for utensils

I made an order for utensils - France Set and I love it. As I'm working in sales I can say that Articture has good marketing which is directed to customers. The company kept in touch with me until I got my purchase and it arrived faster than I expected it. Utensils are used a couple of times and the value of quality is really good.

I am absolutely disgusted by this…

I am absolutely disgusted by this company. I ordered a lamp which was never sent. After sending multiple emails asking when it would be delivered, I get a response saying they will give me a 10% refund and still no estimated date of delivery. When I responded saying I needed a delivery date they emailed and said the item was out of stock (even though it is still being advertised on their website) and would I like a different item instead. I said I would NOT like a different item and would like a refund. The company ignored me. I again asked for a refund and they have continued to ignore me. I will now need to go through my bank to claim this. I have never left a negative review before but I am absolutely disgusted that this company has stolen my money. Please do not purchase from them!

Update: after leaving negative reviews, a refund was finally offered. How disappointing that I wasted so much time on this case. Response rates are horrible. Disappointing that you only paid attention once I started leaving negative reviews.

This floor light it utterly fabulous!

I bought the Sleek Floor Lamp from Articture almost as an act of despair, as I'd tried any number and all were flimsy and unreliable. This one however is fabulous! Quite apart from the sturdy and elegant design, it is also beautifully made. And this is before we get onto the remote control with its numerous light qualities. I simply cannot recommend this light highly enough!

I ordered a set of 3 canvas art prints…

I ordered a set of 3 canvas art prints from Articture after previously being happy with bedding I purchased through the same website. What I received looked like a very poor recreation of the image of the art on the website. The image on the website had large colour blocks with chunky brush strokes, whereas the product received looked more like paint blotted on a page with tissue paper (or like paper mache). Also, the website had one of 3 panels with a gorgeous teal colour but the product I received was very much blue. I returned the three prints, but had to pay for shipping ($16.65) and they charged a ($25.39) restocking fee. I had also been charged an international transaction fee by my bank because the company is USA merchant ($15.23) so, all up, the experience of finding out the art they sell looks nothing like what is advertised cost me a total of $57.27.

Product was broken and unusable

The product, an artwork in a wooden frame, that was delivered was completely broken and unusable. It was damaged during transport. Unfortunately, customer service left a lot to be desired, they provided a full refund after some discussion, but their tone and mannerisms lacked any empathy or understanding. Perhaps it was a language difference, but I will NOT be buying from their site again.

Love the product it is very unique.

I was looking for a tableware that matches my plates because I want a unique but with quality and I cane accross with articture it’s nit pricey and and it looks pretty, I don’t have any problem with the delivery and when I receive it I am really happy with the product it is really worth it.

Purchased a halo light for $299 and now it’s broken

Purchased a halo light for $299. After less than two years it doesnt want to turn on anymore. Really poor quality from china. For that price i would expect it to last at least 5 years. Warranty is only 1 years so they didnt want to replace it. Dont buy from Articture, its overpriced poor quality goods.

Ordered a lamp in December

Ordered a lamp in December, and it would not light up. Was supposed to have many colors, but it couldn't even do plain white light, let alone other colors.

Contacted their customer support, supposedly had a replacement on its way in January, but it never came. Tracking page shows that it still hasn't shipped out. They said they'd "escalate" it and get back to me, but that was a month ago. Now they just ignore my e-mails. 2.5 months have passed since the order and I think I'll just have to do a credit card chargeback.

Finally received item ordered after…

Finally received item ordered after many weeks, only after threatening to dispute the purchase through PayPal. The item is everything bad you would associate with “Made in China”. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Paid almost $200 for an item worth…maybe…$20? Might try to return, but they seem to be pretty bad in this regard as well.

poor communication, ordered items not received

I ordered two food stands November 18, hoping to have them for Christmas. Seems they never shipped so I asked for a refund but was told that is not possible. I received two small wooden plates, not stands. Was told January 18 the original order was being fulfilled again and sent out. Now February 22 and nothing. I just keep getting a templated response "Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. I'm sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet. I will check with my warehouse and get back to you as soon as I have an update..." Meanwhile I am asked to rate the products received but ... I haven't received them. I think Articture has beautiful looking things but isn't a good company to deal with in my experience. I am chalking this up to a slightly expensive learning experience.
