No human to call or get help
No human to call or get help. Tried to cancel and get refund because they could not create artwork that looked like the original. No one to call, difficult to deal with. Still unresolved and my $2000+ payment is in limbo. Buyer beware. 🛑

EXCEPTIONAL value and customer service
I was a bit apprehensive to order since I saw this on FB, but the pre-order customer service changed my mind! I have not seen that level of care and communication in a long long time!! The painting is BEAUTIFUL…the framing is BEAUTIFUL…and the artist sent me photos to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I’m such a fan that I’ve already ordered another painting!

It’s worth the wait
It took a while to arrive but it’s well worth the wait. My painting is beautiful.

Painting had 2 (inch by inch each) rubbed off places on it.
2 small places (about 1 inch by 1 inch each) on painting had rubbed off paint. Looked like it was rubbed against from packing materials or shipping. Impossible to repair or match color.
Also communication was poor during painting work and delayed shipping. The delayed shipping part was partly DHL fault. Disappointed in experience and final piece.

Excellent experience
The painting turned out wonderful. It was a huge painting, so I was nervous ordering. The customer service was very patient with getting the details fine tuned for the artist. The shipping was fast and the packaging was terrific. I will definitely recommend them.
