The perfect olive tree for any room
Absolutely delighted with my olive tree. It looks quite real and is exactly the correct size for the dining room. The bamboo planter finishes off the wonderful Mediterranean look.
The customer service was very professional and very helpful. I will definitely shop with this company again.

incorrect dimensions
We purchased an 8x10 rug from Artiplanto. The rug was off by half a foot on both sides. Emailed them to complain about the problem to which they said this is due to "hand made variation" (unacceptable excuse to be off by that much regardless of handmade or not). Asked for a new rug which they replaced and was still off by the same amount. It is clear they are undercutting clients. Will never recommend.
Note: a couple of correction to the response the company provided
They say it is rounded to the nearest foot - 7feet and 5 inches is closer to 7ft not 8ft (basic math per the sites logic)
- they offered to refund provided we pay shipping costs for a product they consistently make mistakes on

Hello, thanks for your review! As explained, the rugs are handmade and rounded to the nearest foot. This is listed as a disclaimer on the webpage of every rug we sell. We did mention that an exchange would probably be the same, however you wanted to proceed. We also offered you a refund if you shipped the item back, as an exception to our policy. We never received a reply. Have a good day!

Pleased with plant. Very realistic. Only issue as other reviewers have said is that online it looks like 2 flowers where you only get one so website misleading. Would definitely use again

I rarely leave reviews, but sometimes a company is just SO good, you need to let everyone know.
I can't fault anything about this company or the service I received, truly first class from start to finish!
- Customer service was helpful (Megan is amazing), advised the right product, understood what I needed and got it absolutely spot on
- The product itself (240cm Maza Bird of Paradise) is by far the most lifelike artificial plant I have seen, from the leaf texture to the real wood/bark used around the base. No one even notices it's not real until I tell them
- Follow up. I had one small issue which was sorted out without fuss and left me more than satisfied
As you can tell, the experience of shopping with Artiplanto was one of the best and I will definitely be back for more of their products.

Greenery for the staircase
My three plants arrived on time, the courier was polite and helpful.
