Extremely disappointed

I ordered from Artiplanto’s European website to avoid import fees, yet I had to pay over €100 in import costs. They promised to reimburse me if I advanced the payment, but after doing so, they stopped responding to my emails. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this company.

rubbish service

Terrible, they can’t even refund me after numerous emails!
Never again!
They refunded my money after 3 weeks, it sat for a day as pending then it was cancelled!
Still no refund, no contact and blocked on their social media, keep away from this company!!

FRAUD ALERT!

Isn’t zero stars an option? This company is a total scam. I ordered a rug, after hearing nothing about shipping I reached out and they said it would be delivered the following week. That didn’t happen so I followed up and they said it would be another 1-2 weeks because they were behind. I had a bad feeling so asked to cancel my order for a refund. They said no problem, I would receive a confirmation email and refund within 10 business days. Neither of these things happened. The service was friendly and prompt at this point. I followed up after not hearing anything and didn’t receive a response, I followed up again and nothing. I’ve disputed the charge on my credit card. Their IG has a lot of the same comments. How is this allowed?!

*Update: We have now received a new promise of refund tomorrow. We will update this review accordingly if refund is received.

11/08 - We have yet to receive any reimbursement as previously communicated.

11/19 - Refund was finally issued.

Order AP97157

We initially placed an order for 5 products on July 27th for an overall cost of $1,562.51 CAD. We received the first product without any issues on July 30th. After the first shipment, everything went sideways. We've had to conduct multiple follow-ups throughout the month of August to receive status updates on our products.

As of September 24th, we had received 4 out of 5 products. We received an email from Megan confirming that our last item was cancelled on October 3rd and that we would receive a refund within the next 10 business days.

After the 10 business days, multiple phone calls, online chat support and subsequent emails we have received zero response from the company regarding the status of the refund for the Anna Artificial Banana plant.

Bought a rug from Artiplanto and it was…

Bought a rug from Artiplanto and it was a disaster. The rug looked nothing like the pictures—colors were off and the quality was awful. Felt cheap and flimsy.
To top it off, they promised a refund but then ghosted me. Ignored all my emails. Super unprofessional.
Avoid Artiplanto at all costs. Their products are misrepresented and their customer service is a joke.

Terrible quality and Non-Existent Customer Support

I ordered the "linen" quality of rug on October 11th. Finally received it after having been misled about the transit time. The quality is so unbelievably cheap. I tried to contact the company to exchange the rugs (I ordered 3) to their premium washable rugs. Not only do they not answer emails, but their chat bot is also silent. I don't know too many businesses who ignore you when you tell them you want to spend more money. After repeated messages over several days, I just want my money back. I cannot recommend this company.

I purchased a Fiddle leaf tree. The tree arrived well packaged but unfortunately it was defected. The customer service was replying to my emails promptly and resolved the issue after I sent them the pictures.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a plant .. delivery was delayed ++ so I decided to cancel it . They told me they would re imbursed in the next 10 business days .. never saw the money back . 3 e-mails written since then , impossible to speak to anyone when calling. No call back neither. I ve read the comments after and I saw I m not the only one in this situation .. I would not recommend. Watch out for this company

I purchased a rug in July 2024 that was a faulty rug with threads sewn over areas that should not have been there. I returned the rug in July and still have NOT received my credit on the rug I purchased.
Artiplanto is a fraudulent company that takes your money and does not stand by their products.

I literally have never written a review like this before.
I ordered a rug. After a delay in shipping, it was not as pictured so I returned it. I was told on August 12th that I would receive a refund and I still have not. I have reached out to them 5 times about this so far. I am owed over $300..

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, bought a faux plant in June and the item was backordered and delayed multiple times with no update from the company. I just received it on September 30th. Don't waste your time with the chatbot on their site or calling their number, they won't respond to anything but email. That being said, the plant is decent quality for what I paid.

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They commented on my last post that the issue had been resolved. However that was not the case. I currently have a defective rug that is such poor quality it isn’t useable they will not refund me even after sending photos to customer service. Their customer service rep, after seeing the rug, said there would be a refund issued and of course that never happened. I even offered to send the rug back.
Seems to be a common theme with this company because anytime someone does respond to my instagram comments on their posts they’re having the same issues. However the company promptly hides and deletes all negative comments. This company takes peoples money.

Scam company that will steal your money

This company is a scam. They accepted my request for refund of my rug (they sent me the wrong one), physically accepted the rug when I returned it back to them, and have ghosted me when it comes to actually issuing the refund. I have emailed them numerous times, posted on their social media to get their attention (they blocked me), and had to file a complaint with the BBB to try and get my $215 back. Absolutely unacceptable to operate your business this way and steal people's money like this, especially with how hard the economy is right now. Don't buy anything from this company.

Update (9/11/24): they had 2 weeks to respond to the Better Business Bureau and have chosen not to. The BBB has reached out a second time before more action will be taken.

Update (9/22/24): Artiplanto has still not responded to me or the BBB. I see them responding to other customers on here, so I would hope they would finally fix their wrongdoing with order AP96144.
