Excellent Service
We are a firm of Managing Agents and use Artisan to undertake our Asbestos Surveys and re-inspections. We would highly recommend them. Their reports are easy to read and concise, their turnaround from inspection to report is really prompt and they are reasonably priced. The staff are really helpful and professional. All round great service.

Professional, concise, and engaging

A good service
A very good service, a few more notification emails would have made the process slightly better, i.e when samples were recieved, where abouts in the process they were etc.

Usually we advise a time scale for results on our email to you when letting you know your samples have arrived how unfortunately due to the current situation it has been difficult to make any promises of such due to reduced staffing numbers. We hope to get back up and running with full capacity in the not so distant future.
