Great service. Kits arrived quickly. Small issue with incorrect number of sample bags provided, but was refunded the difference without any issue.

A very efficient service and they did exactly what they said they would do. Sampling kit arrived a few days after ordering on line, with all the necessary equipment and clear instructions. Results were back, as they said, within 2 working days. Customer services were excellent, keeping me up to date with the progress. Reasonable price, with reduction for the more you order.

Great Service
Dispatch of testing kit very quick, instructions extremely easy to follow. Everything needed to conduct the test was in the pack (except a blade/screwdriver to take the samples, but most will have that in their toolkit).
Results were back quickly too. From ordering to receiving the results took about 10 days.
Would recommended them.
