Refund refused despite broken product

Waited a month for the product and it arrived broken. Sent a photo and asked for refund of £20.
I was offered compensation of £5. When I challenged this they said that they could offer a refund if I returned the item but shipping costs would be high and id have to pay them.
Four emails apologising that I was not satisfied but insisting that they had offered a reasonable solution. Very poor.

Horrible Company to deal with

Horrible Company to deal with. I placed my order based on their quick shipping. Over two months later and I still do not have the tumblers. Emails go unanswered for weeks and when you do receive one, they state the item is shipping on Monday (this has happened twice now) and the item did not ship as promised both times. If you need this as a gift - forget it. They may promise you that they they will get these out within a week but they do not. They need a big wakeup call to get their act together and be honest.

Order Never Arrived — No Response from Support

I placed an order with Artisan Oak but never received the product. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I’ve received no response at all. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I’m left without the item I paid for.

I can’t recommend this company based on my experience — no delivery, no updates, and no customer service.

Really bad costumer service

Really bad costumer service. It took them FOREVER to ship me the tumbler. I've got if after a month and when I reached out they just answered that they are "sorry for the delay and they will ship it soon".
After the shipping the mug was leaking so I had to replace it. I sent them the mug and paid for the sipping myself! And when I mentioned that I want a new one they just stopped answering. Finally I said that I want a Full refund and they only refund half of the price. not the shipping expenses - like nothing!
All this process took me 4 months! emailing back and forth with them is just crazy because they answer just after a few days.
Really really bad service. I do not recommend AT ALL
