Customer service does not exist
I placed an order and then realised within a few hours that I hadn't measured correctly and needed to cancel. I have sent 6 separate emails and also tried to contact them on Instagram. The only contact details they provide is an email addres and you cannot get a reply to anything from them. After several weeks they've decided to ship the artwork to me, despite all of the requests to cancel the order. Appalling customer service and I'll now be forced to dispute the payment with my card issuer.
Artisterial - no support or refund. Stay away..
We purchased a painting and when we received it, we realized it doesn't look as good as the image on the website. We have been chasing the Artisterial team to exercise our return and refund option for two weeks now. Artisterial simply ignore all emails/FB messages.
I suggest avoiding buying from this supplier.
Where is my order?
I'm have placed my order on October 31st and haven't received it yet (December 7th). I have tried to contact the company that says the costumer service is 24/7 by email 3x and never received a reply. I really wish to get my artwork, however it looks like I will need to find a way to get my refund. What a disappointment!

Please don't lose your money. After One Month of waiting on 9th November 2021 Michelle sent me an email saying tomorrow we will ship your art work today is 5th December 2021 nothing was sent. Ever since my emails are ignored.

Foolishly I didn't do due-dilligence on this company prior to ordering several pieces from them at a cost of approx £1,800. Have since seen several other people have experienced the same thing. I cancelled my order with them the same day and after sending mulktiple emails, I have heard nothing back from them at all... I am sure they will reply here with the same cut and paste message blaming it on being really busy but you get zero response from info@artist****.com
Obviously paying for good and average reviews to dampen out the people they have scammed..

I ordered a set of 2 gold framed art prints. I received one gold and one black. I have emailed several times with no response, have tried to contact via instagram several times and received one reply to contact via email with no follow up. It has been over one month and i just want my artwork to be swapped with the correct frame

Also, I was told the piece would be done at a custom size, and then received it and it was the wrong size after waiting all that time! Sent an email about this whole disappointing experience and asked for assistance to make it right, and heard nothing back. Brutal.

Good Service, Poor Products (vastly different from images on website)

Artisterial is a SCAM!!!, first im still waiting the rest of my order, only 2 of 4 paints arrive to my home, both very very different of the advertised, one came from Hong Kong I order with gold frame and plexiglass, the frame is not the same of the image in the site and the plexiglas is extremely tin!!!! all came broken!!!!!, I try to contact them by email, Facebook, instagram and I have no answer!!!!! I was scammed with 1800EUR!!!!!

The Artisterial team's responses to the below issues outlined was a complete joke. Paintings are shipped from China, we could provide evidence of this if they would ever respond to an email. Also not sure why their are referencing 100's of artists working from them. When we ordered in March 2021 the only artist on their website was "Ruud" and all paintings were supposed to be by him. They have recently updated their website to remove the reference to him as the artist. It would appear that the paintings all originate in China and there are no "100+" European artists. Again just more false advertisement for the Artisterial team.

Avoid!! Terrible customer service and paintings not to the quality as advertised on their website.
Ordered 2 paintings and what showed up was not as advertised. Took about 6 months to arrive. Also arrived from China with customs to be paid. The website leads you to believe they are coming from Europe.
Currently trying to return. Initially was told there would be a €250 charge to return the paintings. It was €50 in their terms and conditions at the time of ordering. They manually changed the terms and conditions and sent me a copy showing €250. It currently reads €50 on their website. After all that they then refused to return the paintings as they were “sale”. The paintings are still on sale months after we ordered them. They then stopped replying to my emails and blocked me on Instagram.
Currently dealing with the ECC regarding my consumer rights. They have advised I am entitled to a refund. They cannot reject on the basis of an item being on sale and they cannot charge a return fee. It should be a reasonable cost to cover the return of the paintings to their European office advertised on their website, not China. More than likely going to have to take them to the small claims court to get a refund.
