Very helpful, quick & reliable seevice

Ordered two polo shirts and two baseball caps. One each black, and one of each navy blue. Both hats are fine and the black polo is fine. The navy blue polo reacted badly to sweat on the first occasion of me wearing it, becoming badly discoloured! Washing didn’t resolve the issue. Contacted the company and was made to feel like I’d somehow caused it on purpose and they’ve “sold millions” and their “workers all wear them without issue”, well the workers obviously aren’t working hard enough to sweat! Why would I purposely damage a polo shirt that’s now unwearable just to get a replacement??? Company said they wouldn’t replace it but would send me a t shirt out, didn’t arrive, messages back and forth asking when it’s coming, confirmed they’re sending it, didn’t arrive, then became unresponsive to the messages……I have no isssue with my black polo, or the two baseball caps, the print quality seems to be good too. Just a shame they let themselves down over this one polo shirt. I have a lot of online followers who all ask where I got my branded clothing…well I’m now seeking a new supplier and WILL NOT be recommending this company due to the way they made me, their customer, feel. Shame as the other items are decent. If I could post photos I would!

The conversation for design is quite short and you don't get to see the final copy of the print before it's printed. Rather unhappy with the sizes of the print compared to the size of the garment. They are limited in sizing. The quality of the t shirt is pretty average. But in terms of being able to see the design before it goes to print isn't great. I'd rather use another service. They also don't double answer all questions before going ahead with print.

Ordered a Red Nose T shirt for my granddaughter. Unfortunately it was the wrong size for her. Returned it for a refund, but have received nothing from them. They asked for the proof of posting, which I sent, but silence since then.
Would never buy from them again.

Nice quality shirts at a very Competitive price. Great colour and true to size fit. I'm on the upper end of the large size 40/42 but the fit is very good.
Communication and delivery speed were also very good. I would recommend this seller and will probably be back for more.

I was a bit concerned as to how the t shirt would look.
But every thing spelt perfectly and placed with photo just right.
Nice quality t shirt and print was perfect.
Would be nice if you could see a pre view of what your finished product would look like.
