Excellent material - always available. Bryan Sutton amazes me with the time he devotes to each student - and other students VE's. I have not submitted my own VE's but I plan to in the future.

Very good instruction with easy steps to follow and fast feedback at least with my instructor guhtrie trapp.if you cant learn something from this course,beginner or pro,you might consider doing something else.

I couldnt get the videos to stream. I think too many people were trying to connect to the server. Would depend on time of day etc...

I have been a user of Artistworks for around eight years now. I study Fingerstyle Jazz guitar with Martin Taylor. The site is fantastic and really easy to use. There are lessons and videos Exchanges which are like mini lessons themselves. The site is also a great place to interact with other musicians across the world. A social media platform within your chosen guitar Site, as well as the Artistworks main site. The great thing about the Artistworks video Exchange system is you get personal one to one feedback from your chosen Tutor. My guitar playing has improved so much since I started Exchanging videos with Martin. I was already an experienced Guitarist before I started. But there is always new things to learn . I would highly recommend to anyone who plays guitar and wants to try something new.

A vast online library of lessons ranging from beginner to advanced. One on one video feedback from instructors at the top of their respective genres. Valuable insight from video responses to fellow students. Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. What's not to like? :)

I have recently 'rejoined' Artistworks after a two year absence. It's the best on-line music college that I have experienced, and Martin Taylor is a great mentor and teacher. I love the way he advises and mentors to help students develop their own arrangements and styles. Sez Adamson

Great course. One point of improvement would be the sometimes buggy and slow interface.

Artistworks is a great place for musicians.
The teachers are excellent and the structure of the lessons leads to improvement.
I´m part of Howard Levy´s Harmonica School. Howard opened my mind for totally new spaces of music and I definitly wasn´t the player I am (with all my personal deficits) without his teaching and support!

Nice instructors, materials, but overpriced.
Speak about guitar, bass, drums, or any other music lessons, you can find that competitor websites would offer much more lessons with variety of teachers, material and so on for around 10 to 15 dollars less.

The audio section could use some work. Would love to be able to look at the chart and play the music at the same time on an iPad. An ebook of the written material with the audio loops embedded would be wonderful. Kind of like the ultimate realistic rock drumming book.

Great lessons. It’s nice to go by a professional instructor ‘s guidance in what order to learn what. It’s great to go a my own pace. My only complaint is that it can be a process to log in or jump around from lesson to lessen. It’s slow and kinda buggy.

I have tried a few of Artist Works’s schools and every time have been very happy with the result!
