Love these products! My skin has never looked better. Delivery is a breeze!

The product was available at a time of critical shortage for a premium price. It was very upsetting when it tested positive for benzene, a carcinogen by valisure labs (valisure.com). I had to throw out all that I had and tell my family to do the same.

I bought hand sanitizer to help maintain good hygiene in the era of COVID. Basically just containing alcohol, I expected this product to not be risk to my health. Later, I find that it contains high levels of benzene, a toxin leading to a recall of this product.

The package came leaking essential oils and soaked through the box, which made the product unusable as it was supposed to be a gift.

Price was to high especially during pandemic in addition not even small percentage of discount for nurses and Frontliners like us. Not worth it.

Purchased 2 gallons of hand sanitizer. Was sent an email saying my items were shipped and to be delivered on a friday. Never came. Waited several weeks later due to covid... nothing. Reached out and they said it bad been delivered after a few days of my original date. I let them know I never received it and they didnt care. What a waste. Will never purchase from this company again.

During the last two years. Was not able to find hand sanitizer, in any stores. Until my sister shared with me about your company. I ordered and received my order with in a week! Absolutely number one in my book. Hard to trust companies these days. Your company is the best!! Thank you for your customer service, it is the best!! D.J.M.

I use this to keep bugs off my plants and the fresh peppermint scent is a real bonus

Products delivered over six weeks late. No responses to any kind of communication. Will never buy from them again.

Great products. I LOVED my first introductory kit.

Hand sanitizer took well over a month to arrive. Then after my family used it for several months, saw a news article listing this product as being contaminated with carcinogenic chemicals. Had to throw out 8 bottles. Beware

I purchased a gallon of your hand sanitizer at a time when everyone was running out. I thank you for having supply. But the product is almost unusable. It is not a liquid. It's not even a soft gel. It's glop that is hard to get out of its container.

I have written to AN before—no response. I called and left a voice mail on their customer service line—no response. About a year ago I purchased more than $100 of hand sanitizer. I ordered an Unscented product. They sent me Lavender scented hand sanitizer. This is unacceptable and bad customer service.

Very good products and a very efficient customer service. The quality is really impressive and prices very reasonable.

Package arrived damaged. the lid broke off and it was spilled everywhere. Messaged customer service 3 times and i was just ignored

You never even addressed benzene in hand sanitizers? You lost a customer.

My order was delayed, so I tried to cancel it. They said it had shipped, which wasn't true. It finally arrived and smelled just awful. The consistency was thin as well. I later noticed several people complaining about the same issue (and more) on the company Facebook page.
Now I'm out 65 bucks and have nothing but disappointment to show for it.

I ordered some hand sanitizer at the beginning of Pandemic/ smelled so bad I couldn’t use it . Emailed company asking if I could send it back for a Refund . “ Still No Response “ over 2 Mo. ago .

Terrible service. Wrote and called company about tainted hand sanitizer that I purchased, and was the subject of several media stories. Received no response. I deserved getting refund but after no response tossed all product (8 bottles) in the trash. Will never make another purchase from your company again. Never!
