After I placed my order I got email confirmation that my order was received and in process. My card was charged at that time. After 3 of weeks of not hearing back and not getting a shipping confirmation, I sent an email to customer service to ask for the status of my order. I received an email telling me they can't fulfill my order and that they processed a refund to my credit card. It has to take 3 weeks and follow-up from myself for ArtNaturals to inform me that they can't fulfill my order?! I find this unacceptable and not at par with the service quality of other online stores. It made me feel that my order was forgotten during the 3-week silence and only looked into when I followed-up. Truly disappointing!

Shipping was super late (months) and was promised a partial refund. Horrible customer service. The refund never came in. Gave up.

Gave 1 star because I had to this company took advantage of me and others when the pandemic started. Paid $25.00 for a bottle of the company website to only find the same bottle for $3.00 at Walmart.

I placed an order and never received it. That was a year ago. I reached out to customer service, who told me to contact USPS, which I did. Received a claim number from USPS and then reached back out to art naturals and never heard anything more. No product, no service but charged my card. Thanks.

It took over a month for the product to ship so I had to cancel.

Sucks! I ordered a set of oil diffuser and didnt arrived at all. I emailed them before but they didnt respond.. I gave up.. Its almost a year now

High quality product IMHO. I don't trust just any hand sanitizer manufacturers sometimes put "stuff" into otherwise useful products that are not good for you. I found Artnaturals to be a very "clean" sanitizer

It had guaranteed fast shipping and then my orders shipped in like 3 months

Terrible customer service, terrible business. Be very careful if you decide to purchase their products. At the start of the pandemic, I ordered hand sanitizer from them. Within 24 hours, I sent a cancellation notice, and then multiple other cancellation requests after that. All were ignored. They shipped the order anyway. I then spent several weeks trying to reach someone -- anyone -- in customer service to arrange a return, to no avail. I finally just shipped the order back. And they never refunded my purchase.

Everything went well and not complicated.

Enjoyed the product. Looked to reorder and could not find it??

It litarly took.aost two months before I received my order always takes forever but can't go wrong best products out there in my opinion

I bought 7 bottles early in the pandemic. Then was warned after a few months that your product was high in carcinogens. Had to throw 5 bottles away. Sorry I trusted you snd had given you a good review when I got the bottles of hand sanitizer

The hand sanitizer is terrible. It’s clumpy. It leaves a residue on my hands. It also smells terrible. Waste of money. I regret panic buying this junk during a pandemic. But if you want it bad, you get it bad. Enjoy the pandemic profits!

It was so bad it doesn't deserve a review...

When the pandemic hit in early 2020, I couldn't find hand sanitizer anywhere. Any and all available hand sanitizers at the time were being saved for the medical industry (of which I am not a part). By pure chance I came across the ArtNaturals website and it was the only place that sold hand sanitizers to the public. I immediately ordered a bunch of bottles, including a gallon jug for refills. Delivery was quick and I loved their product. I've been using it ever since even though hand sanitizers can once again be found everywhere. I really like the fact that this company uses natural products and is cruelty free, too. I've recommended them to family and friends many times over.

Art natural was our last chance to get had sanitizer during the crazy peak of pandemic and shortage of sanitizers.

You’re asking me about a product that I ordered over a year ago. It seems disingenuous or a marketing gimmick to have artNaturals do this. The hand sanitizer was ok. It was sticky when it shouldn’t have been, and it had a pretty rough smell. It was also exceedingly expensive - I ordered it right when the pandemic hit so prices were high. Not a great experience. But not a terrible one.

Edit. The hand sanitizer was recalled due to high levels of a toxic chemical? Are you kidding me? I will never purchase from you again. Buyer beware.
