Item was received after weeks and zero response for shipping update requests. Also turned out that the hand sanitizer was poisonous.

Absolutely horrible. Bought some unscented hand sanitizer the first time, second time I bought more and it was nothing like the first batch. The hand sanitizer was yellow and it absolutely smelled horrible. I tried emailing them about it and it took like 5 emails and disputing the charge before I got a response and it was like "sorry even unscented hand sanitizer has a bit of a smell we can't help you". This wasn't a bit of a smell the first batch was a clear liquid and you got a faint smell if you out your nose near the bottle. The second batch was yellow and if you opened the bottle someone probably 50 feet away could smell it.

Sent email after receiving product requesting alcohol content and received no reply. Therefore didn't buy any other products.

The sanitizer was not good. It leaves a sticky sensation.

Lovely products. Best essential oil makers - I don't go to anyone else.

Customer service is great, prompt delivery. Really looks after customers.

Took forever to get here, item came with broken container and the product itself, a gallon of hand sanitizer was the stickiest unusable crap I have ever used, it smelled like ethanol, which I could get past, if it didn't stick on my skin like a grungy oil, was totally unsatisfied. First time order, last time order period.

I recently found out that the FDA found carcinogen components in the Artnaturals hand sanitizers.
I specifically chose this brand because of the clam that is was: sulfate-free, paraben-free and vegan.
Luckily I found a bottle with enough content remaining to analize and take the necessary legal measures.

Shampoo is great. But horrible website, no international delivery, not available in amazon or any other e commerce apps. Shipping to Germany or any other eu countries from U.K. is not available. Thats just inexcusable!

Didn't receive my goods and no return payment...

Lost a replacement order, have called four times with the response being it’s coming A year later and no replacement.

I have been enjoying your products for quite a while. I buy the triple set of drops of Vit C, Hyaluronic Acid and Retinol. My skin seems to enjoy the treatment as I receive lots of compliments on my skin {where are your wrinkles?} and I am 88 years young Thank you for your quality products

Fast shipping, user friendly site.

Ordered 4 gallons of hand sanitizer never received them. Contacted business, they said they would ship to me the missing 4 gallons. Never did!
I will not buy anything from this company again and will advise others likewise! Thank you!
