I received $120 of damaged goods. Was told I'd receive a refund when all I wanted was a replacement. Despite numerous reminders, I never received either. First and last time using Art Naturals. 1 star is too generous for this experience. Zero communication and lack of respect for their customers has built a lack of trust with this company for me.

I trusted this company during the pandemic & purchased multiple bottles of their hand sanitizer that I now have come to find out has cancer causing Benzene...I hope someone files a class action lawsuit against them...I have many bottles that I'm too afraid to use & can't get a refund...I wouldn't buy anything else from them...not trustworthy!

I ordered a hand sanitizer from you. Then I saw that the CDC listed hand sanitizers with benzene as related to cancer. Yours had benzene, so I had to take it to a toxic drop off.

The fact that this is fragrance free was a big draw for me. Fragrance and perfume drive my skin and nose crazy.

Artnatuals works great. Feel safe using Artnaturals. Would recommend Artnaturals for anyone worried about getting sick from germs. Glad I purchased.

Argan leave in conditioner is brilliant for curly hair. I find my hair can be brittle unless I use the right product and Argan is certainly the right one for me. I love the fact the product is totally natural too

I never even received my item I reached out to them several times and never got a response

When it was revealed by Bloomberg News that Benzene was present in the hand sanitizer ArtNaturals had produced in 2020, we tried repeatedly to get in touch and had absolutely no response from the company. Poor crisis management and we were terrified as we have been using the hand sanitizer on our two-year-old during the lockdown. Fortunately, the lab that exposed the Benzene reached out and we have sent our bottles in for testing. But again, the poor response (well, none) has moved us from being understanding and open to upset and angry. We'll see what the tests show.

Smooth Touch is a great after shave, helped me with ingrown hair while all other products failed.

Products are good but shipping and customer service was poor. Sent me the wrong products and to correct and send the right ones took over two months.

The product that I purchased is toxic and when I emailed to ask you all, I got no response. I have another brand that is safer to use now.

I was told I would get an email confirmation of my order and after a week of not receiving anything, I contacted the company via email (no one answered the customer service phone number) to ask for a refund. Since nothing was confirmed as processed, this shouldn’t have been an issue. Four days later, I received an email from customer service that said my order was already shipped, but no tracking information was provided as was originally stated there would be. This lead me to believe that my order was processed the day I asked for a refund. I sent another email stating that I was asking for a refund and not the product at this point and if they had the opportunity to process the order in the past few days, they could’ve taken that time to process my refund. Still, no confirmation was sent to me with tracking information on the product or that my refund was being processed. Customer service was lacking, my concerns were not being addressed, and the perception I was given was that the company was going to do everything they could to keep my money, even if it meant that the process looked like fraud. I did not even receive an apology for the lapse in communication. I give my experience with this company a poor review due to the lack of customer service addressing my concerns and the poor level of communication.

sent the wrong product and i left emails and no response

Ordering was easy and got my items in a timely manner, product itself does not smell good and was gritty.

I love the products offered at artnatirals but the shipping time needs to improve. Two weeks from order to receiving is a bit excessive. I am aware of this so I just order in advance of our need but it is a bit frustrating to wait so long to get the order. Other than that I love the site and products offered.

Terrible product! Took forever to receive. Bottle was opened and half of the hand sanitizer was spilled out. The hand sanitizer smelled like turpentine and no one could use it.
