Purchased a gallon because of covid. Smells like tequila so hopefully that means it works great. A little gritty but then turns into smoothness seemingly like aloe which is good because tbis hand sanitizer doesn't dry our your hands. Plus plus

Slow, snail like delivery. Had to pull all the product after benzene was found in the mixture. I'd like a refund.

Horrible service, product took months to arrive, nobody answered emails or calls, I should've been issued a credit that I never got. Never will I ever nuy an Art Naturals product.

We found them on the list for dangerous chemicals. We threw them all out and won't use them. I tried calling to see if these had benzene in them and could not get a hold of anyone. I thought these were manufactured in the USA when I purchased them - the labeling said USA with a USA flag. I thought it was safe but found out it's actually manufactured in China with questionable ingredients and labeled as an American product. I am not happy with the deception and I tried to get a clarification on the product before giving this review.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I ordered 8 bottles of UNSCENTED hand sanitizer due to severe fragrance allergies (MCS), and they sent me LAVENDER -- the worst possible scent on Earth. They took forever to send them, did not respond to my emails, no response to my messages on their Facebook page, and I had to fight with them to get a refund of my $72 for scented hand sanitizer I could not use, could not even get near.

One of the bottles had come open in the box and spilled, so I got lavender smell on my hands just opening the box.

Check this company's Facebook page (if it's still there) --- there are *countless* complaints along these same lines, and a substantial number who ordered fragrance-free but received lavender.

A nightmare experience I hope to never experience with any company, ever again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Great product at reasonable pricing. Prompt shipping.

Advertised as shipping within 48 hours. The order wasn’t shipped until a little over 2 weeks later. Reached out to customer service via email multiple times with no response and the phone number listed was out of service. Their first email response came a month after my initial message.

Charged a premium for a product advertising that it would arrive quickly and that was simply not true. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

This company is horrible. It took SIX WEEKS for my products to ship, and only because I had to contact them.

Their customer service is also horrendous. I left FIFTEEN voicemails to simply find out the status of my order and not one call was returned. Emails take 2 days plus to get a response to.

Ultimately only part of my order shipped. When I wrote them (chat and phone are pointless) they told me that my order was closed because my merchandise shipped. It took another two weeks to finally get through to someone that I only received part of my order.

DO NOT do business with this company.

My bottle of sanitizer leaked all over the box and came half empty. I attempted to call them and email them several times, but got no response. There was no way to return or exchange the bottles. I do like the product, but would never deal with this company again.

This stuff is gross. They also price gouged during the pandemic. I do, however, want to thank them for asking me to write this review.

Ordered two gallons hand sanitizer towards beginning of pandemic. One came in. Other one was not received. Contacted company. Company said contact UPS. Contacted UPS. They said they could not locate and contact company. Contacted company to ask for a replacement to be shipped. ArtNaturals said they have not spoken to me and will not be sending a replacement. Out 1 gallon.

We bought 2 with the oil kit. And love them

They rob you whenever given a chance.
I bought handsanitizer bottle each for $9.94 which they later revised it to $2.94

The Hand Sanitizer I got was Great! Non- Sticky like most I have tried.

I bought 2gal of hand sanitizer online from Artnaturals and it stinks BAD, then later I found out that they have a recall on Artnaturals Hand Sanitizer products contain BENZENE and it causes CANCER!!!

Testing had revealed the sanitizers contain benzene, acetaldehyde and methanol – or wood alcohol. ... Another company at the top of Valisure's list of products containing benzene was ArtNaturals, which had the highest levels of benzene, according to Valisure.

The denatured alcohol made the hand sanitizer smell like tequila. You also fleeced me with extremely high pricing on it last year.

The product sucks, the company sucks, the customer service sucks. We received fake product, water in a bottle that was supposed to be Aloe. Chased our money for months. Contacted the Office of the Attorney General of California for assistance. Finally received credit.

After buying a gallon of hand sanitizer I got email from Yale university saying that it was on the poison list for bad hand sanitizers distribution

Waste of money! Threw it all away when independent tests showed highest level of benzene in all hand sanitizers.
