Unprofessional and unrealibale
I was promised that it would be shipped yesterday; instead, the company only created the label and did not give the item to the shipping company. Creating the label and sending the tracking number to the customer to make it look like the item has shipped is extremely unprofessional.
UPDATE:
The item was NOT shipped when the company says it was. I have proof but cannot upload this unfortunately here.

Really easy to upload artwork and order. The cushions I ordered were exactly as described and good quality. Arrived in expected time frame. Would be nice to have some mock up options in the small linen for online selling, but as these resources are provided free, it's good they have any at all. If my first lot sell, I'll certainly be back for more!
