Poor design setup facility on website
Your website doesn't show easily allow you to know where the print is going to be printed on the page so after two goes and spending £25 I ended up with two dud prints, one covering up the signature and the other not square on the page. Won't use as too iffy to predict the outcome. If you do manage to get it right the print quality is very good

Be carful using the mug uploading tool
The customer service assistant didn't have the empowerment to resolve my problem on their own which was obvious in having to get back to me after taking advise from somebody else who does not recognise that Artovo could ever get it wrong. Customers need the confidence that when things go wrong as a result of bad communication and instructions the supplier will give the customer the benefit of the doubt other than blatantantly putting the fault with the customer and never Artovo. I have solved the problem myself by never using them again.

Thank you for your review, I apologise that you were unhappy with the service you received with Artovo however we appreciate all feedback from our customers as we are always looking for ways to improve. We are sad to have only received one star from you, so I have looked into your case further to see if there is anything else we could have done for you.
The Customer Service representative who was assigned to you was on her first week of working with us and is still learning. It is our policy to always ask another member of the team if you are unsure and this can take time, so I am sorry if you did not feel she responded in a timely manner.
We do provide templates for all our products which are located on each product page. These templates contain all the necessary information for perfect placement of your image, including bleed/trim areas. After reviewing the image you uploaded to our system, we can see that the uploaded image only filled a portion of the image upload area. The upload space for our mugs is 20cm x 10cm but the artwork you uploaded was only 15cm x 10cm which is why it did not wrap around the mug correctly. If you were to use the provided templates it would have shown you the area that needs to be filled with artwork to ensure you get as much print coverage as possible.
It is Artovo policy not to edit artwork once it has been uploaded, however if you are unsure we are always more than happy to check the artwork that has come through to us if you request it, as advised by our Customer Service Rep when you spoke to her.
I’m very sorry to hear you were still unhappy with your order and that you no longer wish to be an Artovo customer, however once again, we appreciate the review and wish you all the best.
