How about a refund
Not happy with their refund policy. Their refund policy is non existent. Still waiting for a refund after 12 weeks. Posted item back to the address advised by them and they tell me they have not received my parcel. The only positive is their quick response to my emails.
This company has a terrible return…
This company has a terrible return policy despite saying they have a straightforward policy. Shipment takes forever to arrive at your home because it is shipped from China. Fabric quality is poor. There is no US address to return the product to, they want you to return to China. When they tell you that you will get 20% off your order, they will give you a coupon code for your next order which if you are dissatisfied you will not use.
Sent dress back to address they printed…
Sent dress back to address they printed and after 6 emails still not received my money what a farce terrible customer service they make every excuse but I'm not giving up they actually told me to have a nice life cheeky b's
TERRIBLE, AWFUL, DO NOT USE
Absolutely terrible experience. Still waiting for refund for item NOT received and also refund for WRONG item received. Communication shocking. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Fake Shop and absolute Sham
Can't describe my disappointment with this shop and its absolute sham, lies, and complete disregard for the customer. Ordered one dress, but after almost two months did not get any response from them in any form starting from receiving the parcel ending with e-mails, and trying to contact them via Facebook. Stay away from this shop, because it is an absolute sham. It is sad nothing can be done about this, it is almost impossible to get a refund, since they are ignoring all messages.
Don't Order from Them. Synthetic, Small Dresses
6 weeks of waiting for badly made plastic dresses that don't fit. I usually comfortably wear a large but ordered 2 of them two sizes up as the site recommended, thinking that new cotton and new linen shrink. They sent four dresses ordered six weeks later; the two large ones, which do not fit, then one 2XL and one XXL. Both are too small, plus they smell like plastic even after handwashing. There are no fabric content labels or care instructions. They answered my emails about shipping back to them--surprise, it's unbelievably expensive and will cost half what the dresses cost. They offered store credit. HA! The tracking info said it came from China, not Latvia. I feel sick.
Edit: When I asked about fabric content in an email, they wrote back to handwash in cold water and air dry.
What a croc of poo this company is
What a croc of poo this company is. Rubbish material poorly made and as others have said looks nothing like pictures. Stay away from them. Wish I had read the reviews first it has taught me an expensive lesson.
Shoddy merchandise
Shoddy merchandise, extremely unhelpful customer service (misnomer; should be “artsfairy service”). Clothing very cheaply made and misrepresented as product I received did not reflect pics on site. Offered resolution was a percentage deducted from a future order. As if I will ever order from them again. Do not waste your money!!
Thieves
Not happy. Product sucks and getting the run around about return/refund. Not trustworthy. Don’t throw away your money by ordering from artsfairy. DONT DO IT.
0ne star is too much
0ne star is too much. This company is nothing more than a snake oil salesman. Making false claims - vintage, handmade, linen or cotton or organize materials, Latvia located (uk company owned by a Chinese individual who mass produces in China factory using synthetic material). A total Sham! Stay away!
one star is too much for this fake…
one star is too much for this fake company. I don't know where to go to expose them. Everyone who had been cheated by them should get together to expose them. I ordered a jumper which (online) looked beautiful with natural material...I paid the price which wasn't cheap. Arrived, a polyester fake, machine made rubbish, which will end up in landfill because no one would want it. God knows how much landfill this company have been producing with their rubbish. After demanding refund and refusing their petty offer... when they asked me to send it back to China, I replied that on their website it states that they are in Latvia... Why send to China. They never replied....
Fake company
Fake company
They haven’t delivered my item and won’t give me a refund .
The email address support at arts fairy . com is now coming back as domain not recognised.
Don’t order .
I didn't want to give any stars
I didn't want to give any stars. Artsfairy is mass produced in China not vintage handmade in Latvia. One item arrived nothing like what I ordered & still awaiting refund on the second. I recommend you do not buy from this company - trade descriptions should be involved.
Do not use them if you are unsure on…
Do not use them if you are unsure on the sizes. I bought dungarees some earrings and a ring. The dungarees (jumpsuit) and the ring did not fit me. The ring was so big it wouldn’t even fit on my thumb the dungarees were good quality and the fabric was good but didn’t fit.
The issue is when you try to return. I’ve had three emails with them asking to return. They just keep offering a discount for you to buy more product and then have suggested that if I do return I would have to pay for the shipping to China. This is not a small business owned by someone concerned about the planet as the marketing might suggest, but simply a factory in China with no returns policy.
FAKE!!!!
I have now received one dress of the two I ordered! You are cheating the customers!!! Simply unbelievable!!! The ware is 100% syntetic even though the description says it's supposed to be 95% cotton. Cheaply sewn together and looks like a curtain. No way is this the dress pictured on your website. I am so angry, I can't put it into words! I can hardly believe that such a fraud is possible with impunity. But that seems to be the way it is.
It's a pity you can't be reported.
Cheap Chinese tat
Cheap Chinese tat, fake descriptions. TOTAL RIP OFF
I bought two vintage linen blend dresses, handmade in Latvia, which had beautiful pictures, one arrived (from China) it was a skimpy ripoff. I emailed them to say how disappointed I was and that I wanted to cancel the second dress, which was probably just the same shoddy Chinese tat as the first. Unsurprisingly no reply! So I await the second delivery and then I will resolve through PayPal.
Product not as advertised
Product not as advertised - chunky loose knit jumper, supposedly made in Latvia arrived as a naff, cheap looking machine knit ( not pure wool) imitation from China. Awaiting response from customer service and unable to return without response. Half of order is still missing…
Deceptive and dishonest company
I ordered a 100%cotton dress and a wool mix fair isle cardigan that looked beautiful in the photos. They cost me £78.38 and arrived in reasonable time. However they are shoddily made, polyester and cheap imitations of the website photos. I emailed my complaint to them asking for a return address and a full refund. Their customer complaints dept. Answered quickly and I sent photos as they requested and was told to wait 5-7 days. That was on 17th Jan and I'm still waiting. Do not order anything from Artsfairy, they are dishonest.
I ordered3 linen dresses
I ordered3 linen dresses, have received 2 so far. Don’t kid yourself, there is 12% linen so the material is almost see through without the typical linen properties. The dresses are not shaped or tailored as the asked photos show. They are shapeless and without any styling.
Fraud
They claim to be Latvian based company, although there is nothing to do with Latvia: 1) Latvian language is machine translated, 2) the site is operated by company that is registered in the UK (Kentesh Ltd), 3) The owner of the comapny is chinese, 4) Prices are too low to be handmade
