I ordered a wooden frame 70x100
I ordered a wooden frame 70x100, first it arrived separately from te poster. Which led to an intense hunt, finally got a respond, it turns out they send them separately. I never got the tracking link. When it finally arrived It was broken, the glass was completely shattered. I contacted them again and they replied with apologies and were going to send another one. I have been waiting a month, so after multiple messages I finally got a reply telling me my packages was delivered, very far away, a week ago and it will be sent back today. how this could happen, I don't know. After all a terrible experience and I will never order here again.

I ordered two prints with guaranteed delivery within 7 days. More than 7 gg passed and only one print was delivered and not even of good quality. I wrote to customer service to get a refund or at least the missing print, but received no response.
Zero friendliness.

We don’t guarantee delivery within 7 days; rather, we provide an estimated delivery time of 7 days, which is accurate in about 95% of cases.
Unfortunately, once the parcel is handed over to the delivery company, it is out of our control.
Regarding the delayed response, we are currently in our busiest period and working hard to ensure everyone receives their Christmas presents on time. This has resulted in slightly longer response times from our customer service team.
