Now you asked ‘honest’ I’ll be that. After 7 days, 2 x day, I feel not one iota of difference, physically. BUT, a wonderful relaxing experience, soothing mentally. So for that alone, worth it - to me. Let’s see if time makes a difference,
Product is excellent, easy to use, and comfortable. The Neck Pillow really good, and powerful. The Back one? Not nearly so powerful, did not feel it was doing much.the Neck one, a joy to use, could do it over and over. Only tried the Patches once, have t really needed them - yet. So that’s my initial thoughts, let’s see what time does, I’ll certainly go on using the Neck one. That’s the total truth of how it was, for me. AD.

Great customer service

I purchased my Artuvate FisioRest on 2/16/26. I had to wait a few weeks to use it due to having a hip replacement. I started using it in March. I have had severe intermittent neck pain (occurring pretty much every few days) since my mid 20s and I am turning 67 shortly. I was skeptical. I've tried acupuncture, epidurals, nerve blocks, chiropractic, PT, massage, heat, ice, otc pain products, you name it! Nothing helped. Sometimes the pain lasted for 3 days. Once the pain lasted for SIX days straight! Well, boy was I happily surprised. Once I started using my FisioRest, I noticed quite a differene. I use is every single night for 20-30 minutes. In the past 10 weeks, I have had 2 incidents of neck pain. One was due to PT (doing too much arms over the head exercises) and one last week while on vacation, as I did not pack it! It has really improved my life. I will continue to use it nightly and I'm bringing it on the next vacation! My stomach is so happy that I am no longer killing it with excedrin! It is worth every penny I paid for it. To not have chronic neck pain anymore is amazing!

I’d give this neck and back massager 4 out of 5 stars. It provides strong, soothing pressure that really helps relieve tension after a long day, especially around the neck. The heat function is a nice bonus and adds to the relaxation. It’s easy to use and feels well made, though the intensity can be a little too strong at times and the fit may not be perfect for everyone. Overall, it’s a great product for everyday muscle relief and well worth trying.

I had an issue with my purchase. I sent a message to the department in charge and they solved my problem within an hour. They were very professional and kind to help me. Thank you very much.

I liked using the product and it helped with pain relief, but it stopped turning on properly after just 6 months. When you press the button it will sometimes blink, or come on for a couple minutes and then turn off.

Terrible ! After using for 3 days it made my neck worse! Couldn’t sleep after I used it an hour before sleeping. They wouldn’t let me return it unless it was 30 days and it cost over $100 to return the quantity I didn’t order and charged 20% restocking fee!
Over-Rated and doesn’t have a wireless battery like I thought I was getting!Also they don’t offer free return shipping!

My experience with the FisioRest pillow has been great! My order arrived in a timely manner, and the pillow feels nice! 2 reasons I didn’t give 5 stars: saying that the pillow provides any kind of traction is a stretch, also, although the vibrations feel good, I wish I could choose my favourite mode and not have them cycle through all the time. That being said, for the price, I’m still happy I purchased the FisioRest!

Only just started using it but I've noticed a difference already. I don't wake up with a stiff neck any more and go to bed feeling much more relaxed and less tense. The heat setting is brilliant; the different massage settings are amazing. Really pleased with this quality product and can't wait to keep using it to feel the benefits.

The product is misleading. It's a heated vibrating pillow. They force you to keep the product for 30 days, charge 20% restocking fee IF they approve the "inspection" and you must return EVERYTHING. Returns are your cost and international.

Paypal declines a case because 30 days has gone by. Artuvate won't even engage on conversation until 30 days passes.

Customer service is awful. The product is awful. Misinformation and false claims.

So it's a vibrating heat pad. Its loud. It's stinks. Doesn't help with pain or migraines. Others get annoyed by the vibration and noise. False claims, misleading, garbage.

When I realized that I could only use this item plugged up, I didn’t like that so I had to wait my 30 days before I could return the item. So I had to return the item, but I had to return it back to China, which cost me $35 instead of sending it back to the company in the states to get a refund so the address that I was provided to send it back overseas came back no such person or no such company so now I’m out of $135 if you sent the package to me from a company and in the states, then I should’ve been able to return the same item to the company in states do not buy this company. If you know you’re not gonna want to return it because I am still dealing with this company, trying to get a refund of my money and just know if you want a refund you’re gonna be sending it overseas not to a company in the United States

I purchased the neck product because I have arthritis from a previous car accident. It arrived safely and there was lots of.comminication letting me know when it was shipped and would arrive. I tried it right away and immediately relaxed and fell asleep to the warm massaging. When my neck starts to ache, I look forward to quiet relaxing time with the massager. I have since ordered a similar product for my husband's back.

I absolutely love the pillow. It’s 30 minutes a day of relaxation and it’s helping keep my neck from tightening up.

I have only used it 3 times. Each time I did feel some relief. I will continue to use it more often and write in again at a later date.
