I love the way this pillow massages my neck

Complete crap. The video actually shows massaging devices inside the cushion moving around that is not the case.. this is a cheap memory foam pillow that doesn't even support your neck whatsoever with a couple of vibrating boxes inside it.. all the vibration gets lost in the overly soft cushion.... Very disappointing trying to get a hold of the place to return it and not getting a response. I don't know how anybody with legitimate neck problems could possibly give this a good review.

Easy to order. Delivery slower than expected. Disappointed that item doesn’t perform all actions demonstrated in sales aids. 10 days in and no change/ improvement in neck pain yet

The neck product, once I got used to the noise, was wonderful. The heat setting feels perfect, & the massage is varied & just right. It has been a helpful routine to help heal my neck injury.

The product is amazing, the service and communications exactly right.

My husband is experiencing positive things since beginning use of the unit. We know consistent use will bring more relief.

I bought this for my dad who has arthritis in his neck and severe constant stiffness. He has now used the pillow for 3 days and is actually sleeping throughout the night, not snoring and feeling rested. I can't wait to see how he feels after 30 days.

I have torticollis . I ordered the massager and it felt so good and helps with the muscle pain. Love that I can use it at home whenever I need to.

I did finally get my refund, it took a lot longer than I had anticipated, but they came through!

I ordered the pillow - unfortunately with the massage is a constant buzzing right at your head & neck which gave me a headache and was very annoying. When I requested a return it took them 6 days to send me the return address after a lot of back and forth. Then a 20% restocking fee and $23 to send back at my expense. Definitely not worth it!

The pillow has been a wonderful addition to our “relaxation schedule”! The heat is great, and the vibrating/pulsing Raytheon is even better!
So simple, and yet so helpful for a stiff back, neck or shoulders. I highly recommend this product at this very affordable price!

I have been struggling with numbness in my hands resulting from herniated disk that the surgeon could not fix when he did surgery 5 years ago. The surgeon said I would need a fusion of C5-7 and at 48 that is not something I want to do.

Your Fiso rest product has really been helping. I don’t have the extreme numbness when using your product. I love how it transitions to different massage modes. I start using it on my neck but as I feel that ease up I continue to move Fiso rest down my spine spending a few minutes in each spot and I love how it works on the knots I get at the bottom of my shoulder blades. I definitely recommend the neck Fiso Rest it arrived to me within a week of ordering.

It helps with occipital and neck pain when nothing else helped

Delivery was prompt and while I was skeptical at first for the neck machine, I believe it is helpful in relaxing and realigning a problematic neck.

When I first received it, I was not real sure. The packaging was not the greatest. However, a great product I’ve gotten from there has worked extremely well! I use the neck and back massagers several times a day! Had surgery on my neck years ago and have had pain ever since. This is such a great relief for my neck!

Being a total skeptic with nothing to lose but 80 bucks, I have to say, this thing works. Pain has subsided…

After 4 times of use, I’m waking up in the morning with less stiffness and pain and better rotations of my neck. It helps my shoulder issues as well.

62 year ago I had a major farm accident. A front left depressed skull fracture, a fractured and twisted #2 vertibrae and damage to my mid and lower spine.Needless to say I have lived with a lot of pain and all the aspects of a traumatic brain injury, but continue to live life to the fullest at the age of 75.
