Responded within 24 hours and was quick to give me the help I needed. While I did have to cancel this order, the customer service has me convinced to come back when the timing is better.

My neck has been bad for a long time. Go to the physio every two weeks and often have to take pain killers. Have been using the massager for just over a week twice a day and my neck has improved so much. Definitely been a good buy.

I got an immediate response! And this was on a Sunday. My question was answered in detail and the customer service representative, Jay, was very polite and congenial.

I had made a purchase later to find out that it had been sent to a previous address I had in the US.
I had had A few conversations with the associates explaining my experience. The fact that it was no fault of theirs . Very much to my surprise I had the product show up on my doorstep in BC.

have fibromalasia from neck up to my trapeze muscles and gave your product a try.using it twice a day for about 1 hour each time and did not find a difference

The fisiorest is not working. Need to be connected to the wall to fonction all times. The massage is weird, is the same but going from slow to fast. Gives me migraines instead of help with stiff neck. And pillow Fisio sleep well it wasn't made for me for sure.

I have neck issues so chronic and bad no one is to touch my neck. It has felt tight for over a year and I used it once and I could feel the tightness was relieved and my range of motion turning my head side to side returned to normal. I was very surprised at the effectiveness.

I use this in between my cervical spine extension sessions…really helps to relax but only have done it 5 times so far so…
Hopefully will be a valuable tool in returning to a healthy neck!

This pillow has helped me so much! I highly recommend it for anyone with neck pain!

I like the FisioRest pillow and feel like it really improved my neck range of motion within 2 uses. What I'm not a fan of is the constant emails saying I can get 50% off my next order when that doesn't seem to be the case.
I have recommended this pillow to family and friends because I do believe it worked as advertised, but I do not appreciate the misleading emails.

Love the cervical neck massager. It was a little bit odd feeling upon first use, but after a using the device a few days it is very relaxing. You can actually feel the tension release slowly. Now if it can actually help with my tinnitus, well that would be such an added bonus.

Used fisiorest a week. it’s really help reduce my neck pain. I no need to spend thousands go to chiropractors. Really appreciated Artuvate come out such helpful and affordable tools to help who suffer with several pain. Thanks Artuvate.

Seems to be working as advertised. Little bit uncomfortable but overall nice. I love the heating aspect of it and I leave it on green number one for the vibration and blue number two for heating. I can't see using the high settings on this unit whatsoever. But nice to have it there

It’s really good, except I don’t feel anything really massaging me. I just feel vibrations. I think if you put something in it that got right into your muscles, it would be perfect.

I’ve only used the neck device for 6 days but the results have been amazing so far! No ibuprofen, no chiropractor visit this week after 5 straight weeks of discomfort.The 15 minutes is so relaxing and the vibrations vary in direction and intensity so it feels like a great massage.

Artuvate company is the real deal! They give good advice and service. Customer service replied within an hour to me and the person,Lowella, was caring and knowledgeable. I really like them and have recommended them and their products to many of my friends who have pain because the products are affordable and they do what they say they’re going to do. I highly recommend them.

I have emailed and called this company, several times no response. I have a massager and this one isn’t any better. I would like to know how to return mine
