UPS contacted me to pick up the package in my village!
Having paid £11 postage for home delivery ( also recovering from severe Flu) I was not keen to do this!
The products are good and I have used them since going on my honeymoon to Aruba in 2016.
But there are other body moisturizers, Aveeno and Clinique are good as is Clarins! !
When I contacted this company regarding this they said they could do nothing there end!
Eventually the parcel was delivered to my home!
Just did not need the agro!
I will think twice before ordering again!

I know the shops on the island and noticed that there is a bigger selection of products, so I’m looking forward to be able to shop for them online in Europe sometime soon.

Die Ware ist super, aber der Lieferdienst, legte das Paket in eine Abholbox, obwohl wir zu Hause waren. Es wurde weder an der Gegensprechanlage, noch an der Wohnungstür angeläutet. Ich sehe nicht ein, das ich meinen Paket nachlaufen muss, nur weil der Lieferdienst zu faul war
The product is great, but the delivery service left the package in a collection box even though we were home. They didn't ring the intercom or the doorbell. I don't see why I should have to chase after my package just because the delivery service was too lazy.

I absolutely love the products but failing to use (pre-paid) gift cards in combination with a discount is mind-blowing to me.
And please if you buy a cleanser and (very) tiny eye gel, think about the size of the box youre sending it to me. I think you could have put at least 10 times the order in that box....

No that’s incorrect. I got a new gift card code because the original didn’t work. But it is strange that you cannot use a gift card with a discount code. Because a gift card is already paid and not a discount.
