We had an exceptional experience with as safar and fly vue when me and my husband went to perform umrah from 8th January 2024 until 17th January 2024.

I cannot recommend them enough. No request was too big. Our tour guides and sheiks were incredible and it was a very informative trip for us. In medina, we did not like our room and fly vue changed it for us that night and we got a free upgrade. Will most definitely be flying with them in the further iA.

The service provided by Flyvue and As Safar was perfect from beginning to end. The process of booking the tickets was very simple and stress-free. Throughout our stay the travelling was very comfortable and stress-free too! The cars provided were very spacious and comfortable. All the tours and events were punctual and delivered with the best quality. Lastly, May Allah reward the team in the UK (especially Bashir bhai and Jamal bhai for all the arrangements), Brother Tariq (who managed us throughout our whole stay in Saudi) the team in Madinah (M.d Shafique bhai, Brother Abdullah (Ziyarah guide) and Sister Aisha (Ziyarah guide)), the team in Makkah (Mahbub bhai (Ziyarah)) and all the drivers. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is planning to go to Umrah!

As Safar did an amazing job! Sister Aysha, Brother Tarek, Jamal, Tareq and Bashir, both our tour guides in Medina and Makkah. Forgive me if I’ve forgotten anybody else but we had SUCH a pleasant experience, and that’s down to every single person who is part of the company! Everyone was very kind, patient and knowledgeable, took care of everything from when we landed to when we left. We didn’t have to worry about anything. We had great communication throughout the entire trip. Travel was smooth, private cars with good drivers who were always prompt. I will definitely be recommending the company to everyone and anyone thinking of going Hajj and Umrah!

Alhamdulillah, I cannot stress enough how organised and professional AS-Safar have been in all aspects of my family Umrah trip. From beginning to the end, their level of communication and planning at every stage was incredible. Alhamdulillah, I express my gratitude for being able to accept Allah's invitation and successfully completing my Umrah journey alongside my parents. Alhamdulillah Allah gave me opportunity to visit his house few times. I always went with As-Safar team. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Alhamdulilah! As Safar offer an amazing service. There must be so much background work to managing a trip like this and with the help of Allah swt the team was able to make things go as smoothly as they did.

The only constructive feedback I have is; personally I think it would have been a good idea to have a lanyard, hi-vis or something similar so that the group could recognise each other better when out on trips.
