My introduction to AS Safar occurred through a Google search. As a first-time pilgrim, I received numerous recommendations for various travel companies to facilitate my Umrah. However, I discovered AS Safar and decided to reach out to their London team. Initially, I spoke with an operator who connected me with Bashir Bhai, the company's owner. I was genuinely impressed by his kindness and the clarity with which he explained the entire process, especially since I faced challenges in arranging for my mother to travel from Bangladesh at the same time using the same package. The coordination of flights and visas was executed seamlessly and transparently. Although the initial pricing appeared slightly higher than many competitors, I was not deterred, as I prioritized quality and opted for AS Safar without considering other companies. I appreciated the guidance I received prior to my trip and the ongoing support from the ground staff in Saudi Arabia. The ability to reach out for information at any time was invaluable for a first-time traveller. A special acknowledgment goes to the ground team—Mahbub Bhai, Ayesha, and Jamal Bhai—who were exceptional. They arranged excellent accommodations in both cities that met my expectations without any issues. The ground team was prompt in addressing any concerns I had and even took the time to meet my family and me in person. What I initially thought would be a one-time experience turned into regular meetups each time we travelled, reflecting their dedication and commitment to their clients.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my experiences with AS Safar, and I now travel with them every six months. The accommodations provided were precisely what I desired, conveniently located near the Haram and easily accessible. Alhamdulillah me and my family had an outstanding Umrah experience due to the services provided by As-Safar.

From the very first enquiry regarding their Umrah packages I found that they were attentive and understood all of our needs; which was important for a family of 7 travelling with my elderly mother and children both on the spectrum.

We had their support 24/7; a message/call away, making our stay both in Makkah and Madinah stress free. Everything was spot on, from the airport transfers, private travel to Ziyarat and our hotels which were a literal stones throw away from Masjid Nabawi and Masjid Al Haram.

The ground staff were all remarkable and full of knowledge; we were well informed and really enjoyed our visits when going to Ziyarat.
Each and every individual we have had contact with from As-Safar has truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience and for this we greatly appreciative of them all.

As-Safar provided us with a really great Umrah experience Alhamdulillah. From the booking process to ground support and overall comfort, they ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible. Bashir bhai is running a fantastic service and we thank him alongside everyone else for everything they did for us throughout this trip.

We opted for a tailor made package and sister Ayesha (Bangladesh) was really helpful in providing us with what we wanted. She honestly made herself available to us 24/7 during the booking process and was always open to any questions we had and kept us updated throughout.

We received some great reading materials and reminders from a brother in the UK (Jamaal Ali)- who again was available to us 24/7 during our trip for any queries we may have and stayed in contact throughout the journey.

The ground staff in both Makkah and Madinah were amazing! Brother Mahbub was always available for us in Makkah and Brother Shafiq and Sister Ayesha in Madinah. To know that we had on ground support at any time we needed was reassuring. They were kind, friendly and knowledgable when taking us around for Ziyarat, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

The taxi company provided by As-Safar, run by brother Tariq was also great. The cars were comfortable, clean and spacious. All the drivers we had were kind and friendly.

Overall our experience with As-Safar was pleasant. They went above and beyond to ensure that every part of this blessed journey ran smoothly and that we were comfortable and stress free. I would definitely recommend!

We had the pleasure of visiting our holy ground in Saudi, which was made possible by the people at As safar. Our experience was made memorable and surreal experience due to the ease and consideration of the team that helped us make this trip possible. We had an amazing time with no hiccups and overall loved our trip. We had lovely guides for both our time in makkah and medina who were very helpful and listened to every request we had and helped with the smallest of issue we had to the best of their abilities. I would like to thank Brothers, Jamal, Mehboob and Shofiqul for going beyond their roles and helping in every way they could to make sure we enjoyed our experience.

This was my second time umrah with them. But my wife and daughter’s first time. What a great service they gave us! My wife and daughter was so happy. There was a women guide ( sister Asha ) who explained everything to my wife.
And hotel was both places makkha and madina was great. Whatever they telling us we got everything as it is!

An amazing trip to umrah from start to finish. They booked all of our travel arrangements and offered us a great package. Even during our trip at it was easy to contact the travel agent if we needed anything. Specially my umrah visa they didn’t charge, i will book again Insha Allah

This was my first umrah and it was the best experience of my life. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful and patient, catering to everyone's needs and levels of understanding. All enquiries were handled promptly and someone was always available to help. Thank you to Sheikh Abu Shuhaib also for sharing vital knowledge and educating the whole group using only authentic sources from the Quran and Sunnah and keeping us away from making mistakes within the religion in regards to this trip.

First time Doing umrah, with the help of Allah(swt) and members of staff made it a Very simple and a very rewarding opportunity from Allah(swt), we all need to appreciate that even the richest and most high status people don't get an opportunity like this!
AS SOON AS YOU LAND IN SAUDIA ARABIA GET A SIM CARD!
hotels were good, but there were some things I didn't like,
I HAVE TO BE VERY CRITICAL
1. there should be more Bluetooth speakers and As-Safar Flags in busy Areas to lead the group, Possibly radios for communication. because a lot of females got left behind or they couldn't hear sheikh Abu- Suhaib because all the men rushed to the front to hear sheikh, 2. Ayesha and ALL other female guides needs to be just as knowledgeable as the male guides, they should be willingly talking about hadith/sunnah and instructions to preform Umrah or Hajj to the female groups, 3. The hotel in Medina, is more like a 3 to 4 star, in my humble opinion, no where near a 5 star, There's a lack of elevators, and they simply take too much time 4. also the umrah group should be no more than 100(all staff inclusive), I saw a brother on wheelchair, going last, after most of the group left him behind, if they want to have a larger target audience, they need to have staff's that have experience with helping people with disabilities,
Pros:
Hotels were maximum of 2min away from the Haramain, Good AC bus transport and train transport,
Male staffs very helpful
Zira-ah was nice experience, everything else was fine
I recommend As-Safar Company as a whole, Bashir brother(manager) very helpful, speaks multiple languages like Urdu, hindi, Bengali, Arabic and English

My first umrah was with As Safar and it was perfect. The service delivered was excellent from the beginning. The management were open and honest with everyone and communicated with us throughout. Hotels were great within 2 minutes or even less to the haramain. Food was excellent and we took the bullet train from Madinah to Makkah which made the journey so pleasant and easy Alhamdulilah. The step by step guidance by the sheikh was 5* and helped us perform our umrah according to the Sunnah. I would definitely recommend As Safar and I would travel with them again in the future In Shaa Allah. May Allah put barakah in your business.

This is my first time travelling with As-Safar. I have performed Hajj/Umrah with others before. I must admit As-Safar have set the bar!

We chose to go with As-Safar as my younger brother and his family went with them last year. We heard great reviews - so when my brother decided to go again- me and my wife decided to go with them too. Later on my sister and niece joined.

Everything went well. From travelling around / hotels and ziyara.

As- Safar brothers (bashir bhai / Abu eesa etc) we’re always around and visible to assist with many things. Also they had a shaykh which was very good.

I highly recommend.

May Allaah accept it from us and all them.

Firstly I would like to thank Allah, the Most Merciful, for his countless blessings and guidance in our lives and May peace and blessings be upon the messenger of Allah.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team and the Sheikh Abu Suhaib for their company and dedication to meet the needs of the group throughout the trip.

The trip not only allowed me to fulfill my religious duties to Allah but also allowed me to connect with the brothers I met especially the revert brothers. Hearing their stories of embracing Islam was truly inspiring, and we have all pledged to keep in touch and support each other in boosting our iman.

I would recommend AS Safar and will definitely be going with them again InnshaAllah.

Surprises. We expected to travel to Makkah by coach from madinah. But the organisers realised we was tired and bought us train tickets to Madinah. This wasn't part of the package. They understood people's feelings and needs. They adhere strictly to the Quran and Sunnah. Many travel agents allow women to take part in umrah/hajj without a male guardian. They don't allow this. I've witnessed this myself, shows they're not after money. They generally want good for people. They have senior student of knowledge working with them, who studied under known scholars. I've done umrah in the past and felt unsure whether I did it correctly or not. But this time round, I'm content/satisfied, because evidences was given from Quran and Sunnah with every steps of the journey. The organisers are wonderful and I've had no problem approaching them at time of need, and fullfilled my need. I would give this 10 stars, but I'm only allowed to give 5.

Allahummah Barik! My first time away to Umrah and by the permission of Allah SWT AS Safar has delivered a great service, EXPERIENCE i will definitely remember in Sh Allah.

The whole team (back end & front end) has ensured everyone was taken care of. Shaykh Abu Suhaib was amazing leading the group.

Alhamdullilah AS Safar team and the Shaykh made it easy for me to understand the benefits and rituals that was needed to perform Umrah to the highest standard :).

Great company to travel with.
- Knowledgeable brothers at Flyvue and very helpful
- Best hotels and transport : busses were big and comfy, and we got to travel on the bullet train, which was a nice bonus!
- The guides on the bus during our Ziyarahs were absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. The guide who did our umrah with us was also very helpful and knowledgeable.

There are a few things that I'd like to recommend though:
- please keep to the timing of talks or seminars. The online kick-off seminar started 30min late and ran overtime. The seminar in Madinah was too long and a repitition of the online seminar. Maybe it's better to have 1 seminar for admin and travel information, one for Q&A only, and one for umrah or religious guidance and explanation.
- 120 people is a bit too big as a group, especially when we're all trying to follow the sheikh or listen to what he's saying while we're walking. During the walks outside, it was difficult to follow for people who were slower, like the elderly.
- not enough was done to ensure the women in the group had the same good experience as the men did. The female guides often didn't know what was expected of them, nor did they explain anything to us. It would have been nice to have the female guides trained, so they can explain more and guide us, rather than just take us to point A or B and back to the bus. We often had to ask the men we were travelling with for more information, when women and men were separated. Examples here are at the meeqaat, the masjids with separate entrance for women, the Rawdah, ...

But all in all, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone, especiallh if it's your first umrah.

Alhamdulillah it was a great experience to do Umrah with my family for the first time with As-Safar. The service provided by As- Safar was incredible. The hotels were 5* and 1/2 minutes walking distance from Great Mosques in Makkah and Medina. Their transport facility was extraordinary from start to end. They facilitated Bullet train from Medina to Makkah which made our travel so easy on the day of our Umrah. They also facilitated touring us by comfortable coach in different monumental and historical places in Makkah and Medina. We are very pleased to Bashir bhai and his team for the service provided by his company Flyvue travel T/A As- Safar in our holy Umrah journey.

Alhamdulillah had truly unforgettable experience with as-safar. Completing my first umrah they ensured every individual was equipped with the correct knowledge according Qur’an and Sunnah. Umrah was completed such ease alhamdulillah may Allah SWT bless As-safar and the management team with immense barakah and khayr. The hotels were exceptionally close to the haram. The high speed Haramain Train journey was fully surprised.

Brilliant and would absolutely use again. The group guides were amazing people and always on standby to help in any situation. The tour in makkah could have been a little longer esp at mount arafat but thats more of a suggestion than anything. Everything was really well done and very impressed with hotels esp being so close to the haram in both locations. They booked the bullet train into makkah from madina which helped massively especially for my elderly mother. May Allah swt bless them for the efforts. Will iA use again.
