This was the first Umrah for me, my wife and father. We went with a lot of prayers and hopes. Brother Boshir Ahmed and Abu ESA Bhai also he's group took very good care of us and were there every step of the way and we Inshallah had a very good Umrah and the best time ever of any trip so far! The learning was excellent! The price was right. I hope that Allah grants me more occasions to "Shake his hand" in Mecca and say many more salaams to our Rasool in Medina before my time is up on this earth with this group Insh"allah AMEEN

We used As Safar for our first umrah experience as they were recommended by family who was using them again this time with us.
Communication has been excellent, keeping us informed of every step via a convenient WhatsApp group both in the UK and in Saudi. They included 2 tours of important areas both in Madinah and Mecca and an umrah seminar and lots of other useful trips such as to the date market. The staff were on hand for any questions we had and were most helpful.
I will most certainly be recommending them to family and friends.

Al hamdullilah my experience with As Safar has been beyond all expectations. I cannot thank AsSafar enough for making my family and Mine Umrah one of the best experiences of our lives so far. I absolutely loved every minute of it. The care and attention they served us made our stay fantastic. The journey was easy alhamdulilah, we travelled via many means of transport including a luxury coach and bullet train; briefed by sheikhs that were amazing in providing a first class experience. Our tour guides offered sincere and valuable insights to help us maximise our experience. I am grateful for this opportunity.

Very convenient, most things are looked after by the company. Easy to follow their programme- minimal issues and when there was it was quickly resolved. Very good experience would recommend highly.

Alhumdulilah, we travelled as a group of 6 with As-Safar. From the moment we made the booking until we checked out of the hotel in Madinah it was a great experience. The booking team and the ground team are really good, accommodating and easy to communicate with weather it is in English, Arabic or Bangla.

Overall we had a really good experience and definitely worth using the organisation for those who are performing Umrah for the first time.

The hands on and informative nature of the trip has made it feel like truly a transformative umrah may Allah SWT accept it from us. Despite having performed Umrah before this was a trip like no other and we were able to truly reflect due to bateza Abdullah and brother Sammy's lessons. Alhamdullillah the brother made this experience for me so easy, they are some of the most kindest people I have met.

They were attentive to every single request that I had.

Everyone from the the brother TARIQ which was only managing my transfers truly went out there way for.

They went above and beyond for me much much more than just a client.

I love all these brothers for the sake of Allah and have a special place in my heart for them.

I have come back from umrah recently. I have a very good experience with As Safar.
There service was excellent from the beginning to the end.Specially sister Aysha Ahmed who works from Bangladesh.from my booking she was always clear about what I will have what service I will receive. How to book my Rawdah entry from the Nusuk app and make sure I put the date and year correctly.and the staff at Makkah and Madina was very friendly and helpful.the transport service was good from airport to Hotel. Makkah to Madina .
I will recommend everyone who is planning to go to umrah. To go with As Safar.

The service this team provides is the most amazing i have ever come across. We had chaperones receive us from one point to the next ensuring our entire journey was supported and never left alone to find our own way. The transport and drivers were top class too. Above all the guide did the umra with us on arrival at 3am! The guide was the official english translator for the Haram, ( originally from birmingham) he explained everthing in detail as did the other guides for other tours we did. This is what made the experience that much more special. Look no further!

People’s are working uk and KSA absolutely amazing. There services are unbelievable good. I have experienced in our journey with Saudi airlines, as soon I raised the issue As Safar sorted the issue without delay the minute.
