Best umrah trip ever. First time me and my family went. Reasonably priced and the services were great from start to finish. We were always reminded about our transfers, the itineray was clear and everything went smoothly as planned alhamdulillah. The company was always available for any queries we had. Can't fault this company. You won't be disappointed. Im ready to book again when Allah wills.

The As Safar Umrah February 15th - 25th was an amazing experience. This was the first time Umrah for me and my family and it was really one that will be remembered. As Safar supply a lovely package consisting of 5* hotels in both Madinah and Mecca. We wondered how it would be going to perform Umrah with my grandmother who needs a wheelchair. The As Safar Team are super accommodating always providing a wheelchair and across the group tours they even helped push and guide us. Furthermore, from the airport pick up to hotel arrival they were always with us ready to provide information and provide recommendations. The bengali translation was a great touch and I really enjoyed the talks throughout the tours. Every single member of the As Safar team demonstrated incredible patience and they are always willing to help. Even at the last step with our departure at the airport. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends and insha'Allah will be using them again for future travels. For my first Umrah experience it was really insightful. May Allah Reward each and every single one of them that hosted all of us.

We had an incredible experience from beginning to end. We traveled from 15th February to 25th February 2025. As Safar group were very accommodating and ensured that all of our needs were met from the moment we arrived at the airport to the end of the journey. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Jamal and his sons for guiding us and sharing the duas with us as well as translating the duas in English to make sure everyone would understand. The providers made us feel comfortable and and confident during our Umrah experience. Overall I would definitely recommend for people to use them!

Great experience. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at both Makkah and Medina. Excellent service can not find any fault, highly recommended. Honestly, normally I don't do reviews but I have to because I used them twice within the year starting to finish received it from the airport to the hotel personal service. Keep it up .

Their customers services, locations of the hotels, and going above and beyond to meet people needs, were amazing. They provided Haramain train and plus busses to carry our suitcase separately.

I would definitely come back with Safa to perform umrah or Hajj. May Allāh azzawajal reward reward brothers Bashir, Abu Isa, Abu Haaris, Shafieq, Mahoob, Abu Balil, and our Shaykh Abu Suhaib Bassam for all their support and brotherhood.

We had gone with As-Safar for this Umrah trip as this was my first ever Umrah. They had provided a smooth and unforgettable experience that allowed us to focus on what we came for. Brother Abdullah and Esa were amazing teachers that had taught us a lot throughout Mecca and Madina. Inshallah we will return every year with them.

Alhamdulillah it has been an amazing experience doing the package with As-Safar. Everything from the start up until the finish has been very smooth. We were immensely satisfied with As Safar's service provided from booking arrangements to the delivery of ensuring we were content at all times. As Safar were meticulously structured and complied with a detailed itinerary programme suitable for all. Additionally, staff were always available for relevant guidance during exceptional or special circumstances.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mecca and Medina. Both hotels were at exceptional standard and conveniently located to the mosques.

One slight recommendation is consideration for a half-board hotel stay (optional at additional cost). This choice can allow families the flexibility to eat breakfast and potentially dinner in the hotel, particularly in Mecca, where the surroundings are very busy and there is usually a long wait to purchase food.

Overall, we would like to thank all staff for their sincere efforts in making our umrah a memorable experience.

I’ve just returned from my third consecutive Umrah journey with As-Safar, from 15th to 25th February 2025, and once again, they have exceeded all expectations. Each year, I bring along more than five people, and every single one of us shares the same amazing experience.
From the very start, everything was handled smoothly – the booking process was hassle-free, and the flexible payment options made everything so much easier. The real highlight was the way the rituals were taught and performed under the guidance of Sh. Abu Suhaib Al Bassam. This clear methodology ensured that we were performing every step correctly and with deep sincerity.
The accommodation in the 5-star hotels was top-notch, and the transportation was just as impressive. From the bullet train rides to the smooth transitions between each location, everything was well-organized and comfortable. We also received regular updates and instructions, which made the whole experience so much more convenient and stress-free.
We thank Allaah first, and to all the staff members at As-Safar who worked tirelessly to make this spiritual journey possible. Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail are second to none. I will absolutely be traveling with them again, إن شاء الله.
