We had a truly memorable Umrah experience with Flyvue Travel. Our 10 day trip was beautifully arranged, 5 days in Makkah and 5 days in Madinah. This was not my first time travelling with Flyvue and each time the experience has been excellent. Their services from A to Z are very professional and the team in Saudi is outstanding, especially Brother Jamaal, who is always there for you no matter how big or small the matter.

This time, I travelled with a big family group, including my parents, and I cannot thank the Flyvue team enough for their support and attention to detail. Despite facing many difficult situations during our journey, their team guided and assisted us all the way through. The Ziarah tours in both holy cities were also very special and memorable.

Alhamdulillah, traveling with As-Safar Hajj and Umrah has been an amazing first umrah experience for my whole family. The whole team had perfectly organised everything, from our flights, transports, Hotels and ziyaaras. Communication was very quick and easy with everyone. Everyone went above and beyond especially Sister Ayesha in Medina and Siyam brother in Makkah. Siyam brother made our actual Umrah experience very easy and informative and was always ready to help guide us throughout Makkah. And sister Ayesha also helped us immensely in Medina with everything we needed and was always available. Also my family and I found the ziyaras in Medina and Makkah very informative and ever since we have learnt so much more about the importance of Islamic history. Overall, the whole team maintained high professionalism, were easy to contact and were always ready to help. This package is everything you could ask for as someone who is going for the first time or even if you’ve been before, everything has already been arranged for you, what more could you ask for. I highly highly recommend this company to everyone, InshAllah we will be travelling with them again. May Allah bless the whole team immensely for all their efforts and kindness.

Going umrah with As-Safar was a great experience. This was my first time travelling to go on umrah and the team at As-Safar was very welcoming and helpful they organised our travel to and from the airport as well as to Mecca and provided us with a guide to help us on our umrah and with a ziyarah in both Madinah and Mecca which was very informational and eye opening. Other aspects were also covered like giving us some resources in order to prepare for our umrah and also helping with our hotel check-in and generally making the whole trip as smooth as possible which was really appreciated.

Alhamdulilah we had a great time, I would like to thank the whole team for giving us the best experience they did an excellent job exactly as promised. We had no issues the ground stuff was very helpful. Very Hands-On. Couldn't thanked them enough. Ground staff at Medina brother shofque and sister Alaa always available whenever we needed them also the tour guide brother ESA very well spoken we learnt a lot from him especially the kids they managed to engage with him. Then in makkah ground stuff brother Siam very lovely brother helpful was there whenever we needed him, the tour guide brother Abdullah also very talented. I'm glad we choose your company for umrah highly recommended. Will definitely use your company again if god wills insha'Allah. We had an wonder and well managed Umrah experience with As Safar. The team of Mr. Abu Isa and Mr. Bashir helped us immensely with customised support. In Makkah, Mr. Siam, our Umrah tour guide helped us thoroughly to perform 3 different Umrahs. He also helped us to find local facilities and made us feel welcomed in this holy city. Also, Mr. Mahboob our Jiyara guide helped us to go to Meeqat at Taif and both of them supported us also at the Makkah station to catch our train for
Madina. Also, Mr. Abu Isa constantly have us customer support monitoring the operation of the trip. We also thank their lovely team in Madina, Mr. shafiq and Miss Ayesha who helped us and made our journey in Madina perfect Alhamdulillah. Ayesha helped us a lot to visit the mosque of our Holy Prophet, showed us local market and shopping centres. Also, Mr. Shafiq helped us to complete our jiyarah (tour) of different important holy and historical places of Madina. We also thank Mr. Bashir, who planned and arranged the whole Umrah trip for us and he even received us in Madina. We thank the whole team from the bottom of our heart. Jazak Allah Khair 🤲

Alhamdulillah, we had a truly memorable Umrah experience with As Safar. We stayed 3 nights in Madinah and 4 nights in Makkah, and from start to finish, everything was smooth and spiritually uplifting.
In Madinah, we were wonderfully looked after by Brother Safiq and Brother Siyam, while the ladies' side was cared for by Sister Ayesha. They were all incredibly friendly, supportive, and helpful. My twins especially loved spending time with them and built a lovely bond. A special moment for us was when my twins gave their Qur’an sabak to Brother Siyam inside Masjid al-Nabawi. Brother Siyam, a Hafiz who has completed Dawrah, was very kind and encouraging.
The service, hospitality, and tours arranged by the team were excellent. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. It was truly heartwarming, and by the end of the trip, I found myself in tears—both for the holy cities and the beautiful people we met along the way.
A special thank you to Mr. Jamal, who led the tour. MashaAllah, he is a truly humble and supportive person who was available 24/7 for the group. His dedication and sincerity made the experience even more special.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay in Madinah and Makkah. The service throughout was incredibly caring and helpful, making the entire journey smooth and stress-free. I booked my family and I on one of the group umrah trips and the customer service provided was excellent from the very beginning. The staff made an effort to be accommodating and available if needed. The whole trip was seamless and I’m very grateful I didn’t have to worry about any logistics because they had it all covered! My family and I were able to focus on being in the masjid and worshipping Allah, and didn’t have any unnecessary stress. I highly recommend As-Safar

The As Safar team was great from start to finish. They provided us with 5* hotels in both Mecca and Madinah. They provided us with guides who spoke both Bengali and English so both me and my children were able to understand fully. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to do Umrah in the future as they were very helpful throughout the entire experience.

Amazing experience with the team, everything was organised perfectly and all went smoothly. Team were very helpful with any queries you may have had and were available at anytime for assistance.

April 6th - April 14th. This was my first Umrah and the As Safar team were lovely and real helpful. They supplied as a package consisting of 5* hotels in both Mecca and Madinah. They were great from the moment of arrival at hotel providing us with information and any help with recommendations on places to shop and eat. The team was real insightful across the tours and having both an English and Bengali translation was a real bonus to help me and my sisters understand as well as my father understand in Bengali. A special thank you to a brother named Ahmed who helped us perform Umrah as well as providing us duas to say during Tawaf. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends and be using them again in the future In’Sha’Allah.

Everything was really well organized! This is the second time I've used As Safar, and I will definitely choose them again. This time, I opted for a bespoke package, and everything went smoothly. The coordination was excellent, from the ground staff to the drivers.my agent Macknun Khaled was very helpful as usual in issuing visas to answering queries with quick response times. As Safar has staff on the ground in both Makkah and Madina who are quick to respond to any needs. They even arranged for a guide to help us perform Umrah, which was a great bonus. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I will surely use their services again!
