Really enjoy umrah with al Safar

Alhamdulillah we completed our Umrah with As Safar- we had an amazing trip my 11 years enjoyed him self and understand so much from the Sheikh. All the brothers were very helpful and always asking if we are ok.?both our hotels were very close the haram. May Allah swt bless you all for your hard work and making umrah n hajj possible for people like us.

As safar has provided us with a excellent service throughout our Umrah, I went with a family group of 16, their group leader constantly took care of us throughout the journey, once we arrived in Medina the team were ready for us came with a beautiful coach, took us to our hotel and checked us in.
Our hotel was so close to Masjid an nabawi, the ziyara was great. We went to every place with a very well English spoken guide, they provided us with a beautiful coach for the journey from Medina to Mecca, once arrived the team were already there took us into our hotel and checked us in. Also they were constantly taking care of us throughout our time when we were performing umrah, the ziyara in Mecca was great they took us to every places,
Package was top class with hotels nearby to the masjid in both Mekkah and Madina alhamdulillah. Will definitely be using this service again in the near future inshaAllah and would highly recommend everyone who is intending for Umrah or Hajj with As safar

I contacted this company for an umrah package since my family friend used them to book her umrah package and had a great experience. Aysha dealt with all my queries she provided a package which catered within my budget and communicated all throughout. Her time keeping was spot on and she delivered everything as promised. It was a wonderful and stress free experience Aysha made the entire journey smooth. Any questions I had she promptly answered. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. What an amazing experience made even better by members of AS Safar. From historical information to religious guidance, from arranging transports and rooms everything went very smoothly. They catered for everyone based on their needs, be it language or dealing with personal issues or even spiritual issues. I have nothing but praise for every member of AS Safar that was with us throughout the 10 days. Definitely will be using them again and would highly recommend others to try them.

Excellent services from beginning to last day our stay but one thing i would recommend improve more communication so hujjaj have more time to prepare.

As safar is an excellent service provider for Hajj and Umrah. I am very happy with their service. My hotel in Medina was very close to Al Masjid an Nabawi and Makkah was very close to Masjid al Haram. They fulfilled all the requirements perfectly.
I would recommend anybody to use their service.

This was my first travel with my kids and hubby with As Safar. They made it an amazing experience with all the brilliant travel guide and coaches in beautiful hotels next to sacred masjid. Walking distance from Haram made it more magical praying as we didn't have to travel alot specially when you have young children's. Also, I had very experienced Sheikh, who made our umrah more understanding. Overall everything was amazing. Inshallah, if I have the opportunity, I will travel with them again and again for many years to come. May Allah reward them for all the hard work and effort.🤲🤲🤲🤲

We really enjoyed our journey. Specially in Mecca. Hotel was very close to kaba. Transport manager was very helpful.whole team was very helpful as well specially the London team who booked my ticket. They guide me through the whole time.
And I also would like to thank you the guide ( Alom) in Mecca who guided me to carry on my umrah.

Alhamdulillah, my family and I grateful to have performed Umrah for the first time and we are very glad we chose to go with the As-Safar team. Thank you to all the coordinators for making sure the trip smooth and organised very well at all stages. From all the bus transfers to luggage arrangement, everything was clearly explained and easy for us so we could focus on our dua’s and prayers. We specially enjoyed staying at the hotel in Madina. The communications were great from the beginning of the trip to the end.

Inshallah we would like to perform Umrah again in the future with As-Safar.

Alhamdhulillah everything went really smooth from booking our tickets, performing our Umrah and returning back home. They gave us great deal on the price and our hotels were great for Makkah and Medina (medina hotel was more or less on the mosques door step). The transport service provided was excellent, provided very friendly drivers and accommodated our needs. Will definitely go to them again In Sha Allah.

Alhumdullilah, I went to Umrah with my family and honestly was such an amazing and smooth experience. As-Safar made sure to really look after us with 5* hotel, visa, flights, transportation and itinerary. They genuinely looked after my dad who struggled in Saudi. May Allah reward them.

Alhamdullilah, I completed Umrah with my wife through the Qadr of Allah SWT. As Safar were great with dealing with the admin and logistics which gave peace of mind. This enabled us to fully dive into the Umrah experience and make the most of it. Special thanks to Sadi Bai and Bashir Bai for organising everything and special mention to Ustaad Ibrahim for bringing the Islamic knowledge and reminder to this auspicious trip.
