I’m really glad to Allah SubhanAllah wa ta’la that I went Umra with As-Safar Alhumdulillah. This is the best ever Umra trip I did in my life, Makka and Medina both hotels was 5 stars and less then a minute walking distance also we travel from Medina to Makka by train which makes our journey much easier and all those group leaders are very helpful and friendly I have to say they deserve 10 stars may Allah increase their business with barakah special thanks to Brother Bashir, Sadi vhai, Bappi vhai and my beloved brother RASEL May Allah reward you for your intentions JazakAllahu Khairan BarakAllahu Feekum

This was our second Umrah visit. The service we have now received from As-Safar company was the best service from start to finish Alhamdullilah. Everything was organised from start to finish we had nothing to be worried about with both the transports and the hotels everything was given and supplied as promised. Hotel was great and so close to both the Al-Harm mosque east for all of us to just go and come back to the hotel if needed to.
A easy and peaceful journey from in GMC vehicle from Marina to Mecca with on time to all locations. All vehicle and driver information supplied before their arrival.
All Ziarah was done and carried out on time and with no rush from one location to another location. All drivers were very helpful and supplied an outstanding service each time.
The organisers called several times to see if we were okay and if we needed any help or assistants all the way through, they really were really great Alhamdullilah.
The Umrah guide was outstanding guided us with ease when comping our Umrah from start to finish.
I will recommend As-Safar Company to all my family and friends as they truly have provided the 5* as they had promised.
A massive thanks to them and hopefully we will now be getting ready to book our Hajj with them very soon Insha-Allah.

What a wonderfully organised trip Alhamdullilah. The As-Safar team made the whole Umrah experience both comfortable and worry-free. No stone was left unturned and the little touches made all the difference. For example, the organisation of the bullet train from Medinah to Makkah and the transportation of all our luggages made the journey so much more easier. Insha’Allah I look forward to my next spiritual trip with As-Safar.

Alhamdulliha!! We (Me & My mum ) had really very good 5* service by AS Safar !! For our Umrah Trip !!! From the beginning till end !! They have very good Team in all respect !! The whole trip was monitor by Basir !! He is excellent guy I wish his all success!! Sone name also need to mentioned In logistics support Mr Tarek who organised the travelling in Saudia recovering from airport to dropping us to the Hotel than sending us to Mecca than sending us to Airport all the Mr Tarek was to monitor!! Informing all details!! ! In Madina was supervised By Miss Aysha who young and energetic very helpful!! In Makka Mr Mahbub who is Experienced and very helpful very cordial !! I wish there all success !! Keep the same standard service!

It was a good experience to go umrah with As Safar. The member of staff were very helpful and friendly. Bhoshir brother kept us with update always. We will go with As Safar again in sha allah.

Where do I start with this? We booked four tickets to go for umrah during the last ten nights of Ramadan in Makkah and four nights to be spent in Madinah from Eid onwards and I can honestly say it was the best and most seamless booking we have ever made to the Holy Land from start to finish.

Due to some personal circumstances, we booked the trip very late, but where other travel agents were constantly telling us it would be very difficult to make a booking at this late hour without paying extortionate prices, As Safar Travels did the opposite and reassured us that they would do everything they possibly could to ensure that our travel was secured, and they delivered on that promise!

From booking top quality hotels for us in both Makkah and Madinah, to ensuring that we had direct flights via Saudi Airlines to best accommodate my elderly mother, to then securing super-comfortable GMC vehicles for all parts of our ground journey between each of the cities, ziyarah, etc, as well as ensuring there were people on the ground to receive us at the hotel and chaperone my mother with a wheelchair during her tawaf as needed, and even ensuring there was someone providing Bangladeshi food for a couple of nights to help make things a bit more comforting, to taking calls at any hour of the night to liaise with their people on the ground over there to offer us some additional assistance when needed, they just kept going that extra mile to ensure our trip was the best and most stress-free it could possibly be.

Honestly, if you are booking your Umrah and Hajj travels in the near future, then look no further than As Safar Travels, I can personally vouch for them, we will definitely be using them again in the near future and I highly recommend them!

We performed Umrah with AS Safar in May 2022, Sahid dealt with us from start to finish and made the whole process very simple, answering my many thousands of questions with patience :).

Our trip went very smoothly, everything was arranged for us and it was easy. We stayed in 5* hotels and all taxis were on time and as expected.

Amazing experience. First time travelling and taking my mum with me was a massive thing. Really busy time to go as all travel restrictions were lifted at the time. Would like to give a special mention to the team in Saudi which consisted of Tariq bhai who organised all the transfers and drivers. All the tour guides were exceptional and knew all the history. Salman, Ayesha and Saeed who helped us do our umrah. Inshallah would be great to see them again in the future
