Alhamdulillah I have completed my Umrah with As Safar hajj and Umrah group. I have no doubt to say that they have provided the best service. This is the first time i’m writing a review, I hope those who wish to perform Hajj/Umrah are able to fulfill it to the best of their abilities- stress free, and experience what I am about to share. This was my first time doing Umrah with my parents and Alhamdulillah As Safar made my experience a memorable one. Their service was flawless. From booking our ticket to arranging our visas, the team were always available to answer all our queries as we left EVERYTHING to them. The customer service was second to none, I can’t emphasise enough how amazing the team were. They arranged a 5* hotel for both Makkah and Medinah and organised our excursion and transport for the entire trip. The package was tailored to suit our exact needs and i’ll forever appreciate that. While we was in Saudi there was not an ounce of worry. The night before we used a taxi for any service, such as our tour, I was always sent a text update with all the details of our driver and agenda for the day. Our drivers were extremely punctual and friendly. I was able to complete my Umrah effortlessly and not worry about anything, it felt amazing that I could concentrate 100% on what I was here to do. I sincerely mean every word and In’Shaa’Allah when I do Hajj/Umrah I will definitely use this service. I highly recommend As Safar to everyone, you will not regret it.
