I wanted to buy parts for the side stand separately which I didn’t see on the website. Charlie from AS3 was very helpful and made sure I could order these separately. I would just like to add, they had very fast response time.

I placed a small order back in November. By the time the order was being shipped out to Canada our Postal service went on strike. Through no fault of AS3 the parcel ended up in courier limbo for three months. Throughout that period the staff updated me regularly as they attempted to get the parcel back to resend it and also offered to put a new parcel together including making another custom throttle cable. I now have my parts with no damage despite all the miles that they travelled. Thank you to all the people at AS3 for taking care of me.

I can highly recommend this company. From my initial enquiries, my emails were responded to very quickly and communication throughout was excellent.
I bought a skid plate, crash bars and bar sliders for my 2009 Suzuki VStrom 650.
The products are very well made and look great on my bike. I had an issue with some bolts for my crash bars and this was swiftly resolved with no quibbles.
If I had a slight gripe, the sliders that came with my crash bars felt a bit cheap with wee screws that attached into plastic. They would still do the job I'm sure. However, I ordered myself some AS3 branded sliders which were much more substantial and came with allen bolts and nuts.
I'm sure I'll be using this company again if I need something they sell. Good work Charlie and the AS3 Performance team!

I recently bought a gear change lever, brake pedal and handlebar risers from AS3performance. The quality of them is superb and they were delivered very quickly. I contacted them to discuss the length of bolts I needed, for the risers and their customer service ( a lady called Lucy) could not have been better. A great company to deal with and I look forward to my next purchase 😀

I ordered a set of hoses from ebay on a whim and after actually checking what was in the kit realizing the thing I actually needed wasn't in there I contacted them and they went above and way beyond to get the actual part I needed sent to me asap....what a great company to do business with and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs them .....thanks

I ordered a replacement silicone hose kit for my 2005 GSX-R750 road bike, as the originals were starting to degrade and produced a coolant leak, and my order arrived within 2 days of placing it.

Unfortunately the radiator outlet to water pump hose was too long, resulting in a kink in the hose. After contacting AS3 about the issue, and providing their technical team with my motorcycle's frame number, they suggested I use the 2004 hose instead. After agreeing to this, it arrive the next day and fitted perfectly. All I need to do now is return the original hose which was tool long.

The quality of the hoses I superb and, apart from the above, the rest of the kit fitted as required.

Excellent customer service and I highly recommend using AS3 performance.
