They are thieves, take your business elsewhere

If I could give zero stars I would.

I placed a reservation over a month in advance of my event. I was charged but never sent confirmation of my order.
A week before the event I called to confirm my order. I called multiple times, I filled out the help form on the website, and I emailed. No one ever contacted me back. Finally I was given a confirmation number by someone on the phone.

The day of the delivery, Thursday, I called again to confirm, was assured that the portable toilets were going to be delivered. Delivery day passes with no delivery. The next day, Friday the day of my event, I call again. Was told by the first person I spoke to that I was on the list for delivery, that my portable toilets were on the way. Then I am contacted by Mel from ASAP who says the local vendors were actually never given my order and they won’t be able to deliver until Saturday morning, three days late. I said I would not pay for the toilets if they are delivered three days late, my event would be ruined. Mel told me they did not have the authority to give me a refund and would contact their manager.
In the mean time I call local vendors and find someone to deliver portable toilets same day. Then Mel from ASAP calls me back and says they can deliver because they found another vendor, the same vendor I found on my own. I said no please cancel my order I already found someone. Mel, said no I would not be able to cancel my order because I said I would accept delivery one day late. I explained to Mel that he had just explicitly told me I would not get the delivery until Saturday therefore I took my business elsewhere and a refund was in order. Mel was very rude in tone, said I would not get a refund and his manager would call me to discuss. I never received a call from the manager, no toilets were delivered and ASAP still has my money. They are thieves! Take your business elsewhere!

They did not refund my money I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Additionally, a couple of weeks ago they charged an automatic debit of $1079 on my card for ‘servicing’ the porta potties that were never delivered. I have also had to dispute this fraudulent charge with my bank and block the merchant entirely.

Company no show
How many stars do you give a company that didn't call, didn't show up (nor intended to) and still hasn't returned my money? Waited and waited for my 2 portapotties to show up and I could wait no more. Called them around 5pm to find out we were just put as overbooked and never told about it. Had to pay a different company a 200$ emergency fee to get them there in time, which THEY did.
Best, they sent me an email saying they'd already returned my money friday when its currently Tuesday and they still haven't issued a refund.
I wish I had googled more beforehand, I could not recommend this company any less. If your event is important, you simply cannot trust them to do their job.

Scammers and liars

I ordered a dumpster from ASAP and everything was fine until they picked it up. I noticed I was getting charged even though it was picked up. I called and told them stop. They said they would contact the person who picked it up. It kept happening until I called my bank and told them to stop payments on that particular company. Now they’re sending me a notice to put a lien on the property for $1000. Disgusting company, do not use them.

I'm sorry for the outcome of your rental. The overbilling of the rental days occured as your onsite called the trucking company directly and not us here at ASAP. We acknowledged this and have since corrected the billing with credit memos ready to refund. However, the consumer chargeback you filed locks the funds in arbitration until settled. As a direct course of any chargeback a notice to the owner is filed so that all parties are engaged. The refund money we have already turned over in compliance to the consumer chargeback.

I am responding to your comment back,on your cancelation of my dumpster..you said I was contacted within an hour and that is not true I had no calls or emails canceling anything, I had to call a second time in order to get the information about the cancelation....There is an issue in my opinion when you rent and require money ahead of time....And by the way I spoke with someone there who told me that my contract for the dumpster rental states that a rental is not guaranteed...problem with that, is that, that contract is not sent to you until after the dumpster is rented and money is sent...not guaranteeing a rental once ordered and paid for should be verbally spoken of before the rental is finalized, not after..This whole situation caused me more money because I then was ordering a replacement dumpster more immediately...because I had to wait until the 11th of July to get a different rental (Rented tge 1st one from ASAP on the 3rd). I had to wait for my money to be returned to me (It took 8 days!!) I spoke with my bank and was told it was the company that placed the hold on my money, all other transactions I had made all cleared 3 days before..ASAP Site Services..

Huge disappointment, twice.

I first used this service in November of '23. I ordered a dumpster to be delivered to my home and when it wasn't available I was contacted by Customer Service and was given a different size unit for a different day. Delivery was successful and communication was clear. However, my two recent experiences have been completely disappointing and I will never use this business again. I placed an order in May for another unit to be delivered. I received an email the day before delivery stating my order had been canceled and refunded due to overbooking. I placed an order on June 3rd for a dumpster delivery on June 13th. Money was taken out and the day before delivery was supposed to happen I made a phone call to customer service trying to check on an order update. I got absolutely no helpful information other than "your order is processing. I cannot help you further. Call back tomorrow if it isn't delivered." I called on the 13th, delivered day, no answer until my 5th try. No information provided, just a "it's processing. There's nothing I can do." I waited all day Friday, all day Monday and emailed to check in with no response. I got an email Tuesday the 18th stating my order had been canceled and refunded. I have not received my refund, I texted the number that says "text or call" with no response at all. I emailed their "24/7 email service" and received nothing. The lack of communication is poor. The customer service is poor. The waste of time is incredibly frustrating. I understand overbooked but not knowing anything for weeks and then not being available to help your customers is extreme disappointing. I will never use this business again nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I'm sorry about the experience you had with Order #283997 in June and Order #283524 in May 2024. Both orders were overbooked due to the area location of delivery. We had to use a third party to make it happen in 2023 for you.

The reservations were not on Net 30 credit terms so the credit card for the orders hold the funds as soon as you place the order. That is a standard business practice within any industry or business to prevent fraud.

Both orders were refunded to you in full as not having availability to service the location.

We do record all calls for quality and training purposes and we also increased our staffing level here recently to better handle the quality and quantity or customer related issues.

Horrible company

I was quoted a price to have two outhouse tanks pumped out. I spoke to a rep on the phone 2 different times and it was clear exactly what I needed and what the cost would be. On the day of the service I got a call and they wanted more money. The person on the phone was extremly rude.

Not trustworthy

Horrible experience! I was quote verbally and in writing that the pricing scale is per gallons NOT per unit. I even specifically asked if it mattered that I have 2 or 4 units and was told NO. It's by the gallon. Right before my event, thet arrived to clean out the units and were surprised there were 2. Called us to confirm there would be a double charge! No way! Scam! Do not trust this company.

Overall Consistent

I've used ASAP at least 6 times for events that I host and have had all great experiences except for one.

I want to emphasize first that the quality of service during delivery and pickup has been exceptional up until the last time. It was the first time they sent Pit Stop porta potties and crew for delivery, and it was the first time I've ever had any issues. Anytime the ASAP team delivered before, they would send a photo so I could make sure everything was right and it always was. This past time, however, I didn't receive a confirmation photo. When I arrived at the event space, I saw that we were missing a portion of our delivery (a sink). The woman I spoke to on the phone was quick to help and they delivered the missing sink early on the day of the event, so that was much appreciated. I understand mistakes happen so I still was happy with the service until I looked inside the porta potties and one had no toilet paper, the other two had very little paper, and one had a broken toilet paper holder. Previously they all came in great condition and stocked with an efficient amount of paper.

I'm hoping that the next time they go back to ASAP inventory instead of Pit Stop. I will continue using ASAP in hopes there won't be any further issues because overall, I have had more positive experiences than negative.

Feedback on recent dumpster service

I recently used for dumpster rental and was extremely disappointed with the experience. There was no communication from the company regarding the ETA, and attempts to contact customer service for updates were unsuccessful. The lack of control and organization on their part made the entire process very frustrating. They took the rush fees and didn’t deliver the dumpster. I wasted my 48 hours working with them and finally have to cancel my order.

The (2) units we rented from you guys…

The (2) units we rented from you guys were burnt to the ground. We are thinking the homeless people in the area did it. You guys charged our card without authorization when we just needed to do a claim for the insurance that we have on Rentals.
