Double Dipping on the price due to Holiday
I called on a Friday for a Porta potty for delivery on the following Mon. Due to Thanksgiving they wanted to double dip and charge extra (almost double) if I wanted it so I said then just send it Tuesday, again they said that due to Thanksgiving that they had to charge extra (almost double) so I said so what day can I just get it at the normal price they said Wednesday. The Holiday was one day but it’s taking 6 days to get a toilet. I guess I don’t understand why the extra charges for a Monday or Tuesday delivery when the holiday was the previous week. So in December since it’s a two day holiday the 24th and the 25th it would take at least one full week to get a toilet at regular price since it’s a two holiday they will probably charge Double if you want a toilet Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs of the following week.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst company
This is the absolute worst company I have dealt with. Needed a porta potty for a week because one of my businesses had not toilet service. Was charged 250 for emergency drop off plus 250 for a month rental which they say is cheaper. They were two days late. It stayed there for 3 days when it was stolen from the property. I only needed for week. It took two weeks to tell me it was stolen and instead of charging me for replacement they will take it as a lose. Complete scam. I wasn’t contacted to where they put it to minimize being seen. Will never use this company again and will urge others to do the same. They provided terrible service and expect me to pay for there mistake.

Even though the fixture was dropped at the wrong area at our site, Weldon came out and made sure not only that the fixture was placed in the proper location and also freshened it up even though it had not been there but a weekend. He also made sure that I was totally happy before he left the site.

Poor communication, delayed delivery
I had to make 10+ phone calls on the day of delivery to actually get the units I had ordered delivered. The same thing happened on pickup day.
There was zero communication from ASAP the day before drop off and pickup.
Additionally many of their phone numbers simply rang out without being answered.

I reached out to a nationwide company that utilizes various vendors for their services, seeking a quote for their offerings. Shockingly, the quote I received from them turned out to be the most exorbitant one across the entire country. In a desperate attempt to explore alternatives or connect with a local representative, I asked the person on the other end of the line for assistance. However, instead of addressing my concerns, they abruptly terminated the call. This reprehensible conduct is certainly disheartening, particularly when considering my consistent annual rental expenditures exceeding 220 units with various vendors in the state of Florida. It's safe to say that this company's business practices leave much to be desired.

The container was dropped off ontime
The container was dropped off ontime, although not exactly where I had asked for it. I had to extend the rental and that was no problem to call and do. Friendly service. When we were finished I called (well texted) and the container was picked up. Fantastic! If ever needed again I will use this company and will recommend to family and friends. The container was not new by any means, rusted out at the top, but it was functional and clean enough to be used as a dumpster.

misrepresented that they where local…
misrepresented that they where local porta john business but they are not. then they double billed me and said its a receipt but it says invoice. i cancelled the service and scheduled pick up, they ignored it and moved the billing date, it was delivered the11 and i set pick up for the 10th so they claim the new billing cycle starts the 9th,.shady no refund policies

Going the Extra Mile
After a very shaky start, ASAP made a remarkable recovery. The salesperson I was working with was laid off the day before my price would jump due to "emergency delivery". When I finally got through to a salesperson who could help, he went out of his way to discount my price and try to make up for the hefty delivery fee. He even went to the company CEO who is still reviewing the possibility of an additional discount due to the unique circumstances. In addition, the delivery company, especially their driver, Carlos, went out of their way to help us, including Carlos making an additional emergency trip just before our event started to fix some minor vandalism that occurred just an hour or so before the event started. Carlos provided exceptional customer service. I hope his company appreciates him and demonstrates that in his paychecks. Between our salesman, Brad, and our delivery driver, Carlos, everything went off without a hitch.

Too Good To be True
“If it’s too good to be true, it probably is” - this should be their tag line. We tried to use this service to book a last minute accessible washroom. Their booking calendar allowed us to book and pay - including a rush fee. I received a confirmation of my order and happily assumed I’d finally found a reliable service. WRONG!!!!
It wasn’t until I called them at 11 am to ask why my unit never arrived that they let me know it wouldn’t be possible to fulfill the order. Leaving me scrambled to find an accessible unit for a wedding, I was left on my own to deal with an emergency booking - no care or consideration. They claimed to have sent me an email stating us wasn’t available but no such email was ever received, until I called and miraculously there was an email!
This company is a SCAM!! Can’t wait to fight the credit card charge when they undoubtably charge the card for services unrendered.
Do not fall for these other fake reviews. This company is unreliable, unprofessional and should change their business name!

On time , great service , they said when they’d be ther to supply a commode and they did . Upon returning ASAP was equally as efficient in picking. I had the product for 3 months at a job site in the heat of rhe summer and that commode smelled like a summer breeze . Religiously the time chart was initialed and disinfected . I scheduled delivery of two portable toilets for yesterday (10/3). I received an email confirming the delivery was on the schedule for 10/3. They never showed up, no one called to explain why or offer a solution. When my crew arrived on-site today (10/4) without anywhere to use the restroom I called at 8am trying to figure out what went wrong. I was first told they had been delivered and to look around. They were nowhere to be found. I called back around 11am and they were still trying to contact the driver to figure out where they were dropped. I suggested bringing new ones and taking back the missing ones whenever they find out where they had been dropped and expressed the urgency because at this point I've had 10 guys on-site for 4 hours with nowhere to use the restroom. I was told that is what they were doing and that a ticket for immediate delivery was being put in. I call back to ask for an eta and was told they'd be there by the end of the day. I expressed that this was unacceptable because again, I have 10 guys on-site with nowhere to use the restroom. At this time I am waiting for a call from a supervisor to try and expedite delivery.
