Had my pre inspection and MOT done at Ascotts and got them to present my taxi today and I must say doing this takes all the stress out of what normally would cause me a nervous breakdown
Highly recommend doing it this way.

First Service plus replacement tyre.
Drove away with maintenance warning on low tyre pressure. Apart from the replaced tyre all 3 other tyres were low on pressure. Not that difficult to rectify, however this does leave me with the feeling of what else has not been checked.

After an overly keen customer ripped off the door opener I arranged for a new one to be fitted. Great service from phoning reception to driving off with my cab fully restored and ready for service. Top treatment from the reliable and friendly and professional staff.

Can't fault my experience
Can't fault my experience. The reception area was clean with welcoming staff and a comfortable waiting area.
My taxi was taken in for it's repairs on time.....no lengthy all day waiting. The work was carried out with no hidden expenditures.
Overall, I've been happy with my experiences and would recommend this garage to others.
I travel from Middlesex to Dartford based on the service.

Great service as always alloted 3 hours work to fix heating got there 20 mins early seen straight away by friendly girls on reception work completed in under 2 hours and replaced printer that was broken very impressive and a very clean environment 😊

I was at Ascot yesterday for M.O.T and…
I was at Ascot yesterday for M.O.T and midterm check, booked for 11am and was out within 2 hours. Everything done. Cab check, ok, only paid for MOT fees. Excellent service. Right from the Reception, Phil, Mathew and everyone including Andrew(the Boss) whom l first met with his Dad(Mickie of Blessed memory) under the Arches at Tooley Street, when I rented my first fairway cab. reg, (G84 EDY) from them in the 1994.
Blessings to them for building the business to the top. Thanks for your service to Taxi Trade.
In my opinion and experiences l will rate them the best in town as l have used others before and will recommend them to anyone.
