Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional, in 2022 I had a hit and run incident while I was on a lesson. When it coma to my insurance they never supported me and advised me to accept even though it wasn’t my fault and I had CCTV Footage confirming my innocence. I wasn’t told 50-50 will be classified as my fault so the following year my premium went high sky. In 2024 I had the same situation and they closed the case without my consent, again 50-50 which affected my premium AGAIN. I found them really rude and aggressive whenever I was make a complaint that I didn’t agree to 50-50. Even though I have been with them for 5+ years my loyalty wasn’t appreciated. I would never recommend them to any driving instructor

I received a cheaper quote from another company arround £200 cheaper than DCL renewal offer. I spoke with lady Jill and after discussing with her Manager she reduced my quote to £250 pounds which was best price compared to any other insurance company. I highly recommend DCL for private hire insurance

Have been with DCL for the last 6 years, have always found them to be competitive. The customer service is second to none. On this occasion my premium was slightly higher than a competitors but was happy to renew with them because of their excellent service.
