I left my car keys with a member of staff, went to another appointment in town and my car was parked up ready on my return. Staff friendly and professional, would use again.

From searching and booking the tyres to arranging the fitting service I found it an easy and seamless process which I would use again.

First of all eases to order next the verity of tires offered, very competitive prices, and the fact you can choose a garage near you to have them fitted.
I needed tires for first car as it was so great service I ordered tyres for the second one and the service was as good.

Booked tyre fitting for 1.pm and no tyre arrived for fitting great ring them not much there either you will get a email they said to confirm delivery of your tyre now 3.30pm and no email would I use asda again no I wouldn't till they put in place a confirmation email of tyre delivery before you arrive for fitting was sorted out by a very helpful gabby many thanks

Good selection of tyres. Very good prices. Extremely quick availability for fitting - next day. Kwik fit and Halfords quoted 1 week for availability. Will use again.

I bought a tyre with added protection/insurance in December and unfortunately was unlucky enough to need to replace it five months later due to a screw being lodged in the sidewall.

Gabby from customer services was incredibly helpful and could not have made the whole process of making a successful claim for a replacement any easier. Identified the issue Friday afternoon, new replacement fitted Tuesday morning.

Needless to say, I’ll be making sure to add protection going forward and can count on the process of making a claim (should the need arise - touchwood it doesn’t) being straightforward.

Very happy with the service received.

I strongly caution against buying tyres through Asda Tyres.

I purchased 4 tyres through Asda Tyres with fitting arranged through them. Immediately after fitting, my car had vibration issues. This may have started as a wheel balancing issue, but the garage was unable to resolve it despite 3 visits. On one visit, they even found that one tyre had been fitted the wrong way around, which raised serious concerns about the quality of the fitting.

Despite this, Asda Tyres refused to arrange an inspection with a different fitter or even attempt to help resolve the issue. The issue could have been incorrect balancing, but also poor tyre seating, wheel/tyre runout, hub seating or even a defective tyre supplied as part of the order. Asda Tyres showed no interest whatsoever in properly diagnosing or making any serious attempt to resolve it.

Asda Tyres sold the tyres and arranged the fitting, but when a serious issue happened, they pushed responsibility back onto the same unqualified fitter. I would not use them again and would advise others to think carefully before ordering through them.

Could do with filters for seal tech tyres and clearer indications of delivery times. Provided you order 3-4 days before the tyres needed it’s a great service.

I shopped around and Asda were the best price. Easy to find the tyres I wanted and book fitting. Highly recommended.

With help of AI I was able to identify and purchase rear run flats for my bmw x3. Really easy to buy and find a garage to fit them at my convenience so I wasn’t having to wait ages. Tyres with fitting cost less than my previous tyres by £50 each and are a better brand.

The website was a little slow but after comparing prices at other sites the tyres were purchased with no problems.
