Got a great price on some new budget tyres, the garage did a great job on fitting them earlier than booked.

Avoid!! I would give zero stars if I could. I will never buy from Asda tyres again and would not recommend anyone to purchase from them either. The tyres I ordered never arrived at the garage for fitting, and I had made two separate appointments for them to be fitted but both times fitting couldn’t be done because the tyres never arrived. When I asked for a refund they said it would take 6 working days, I didn’t get my refund within the 6 days and had to chase this up with emails. Which also took longer than 24 hours to respond to. When they finally got in touch I was told it would take a further 72 hours for my refund to reach me, which is ridiculous. Definitely avoid ordering from Asda tyres!

Booked online the tyres I needed after comparing prices on the website. Easy to use, order and book with a local tyre fitter.

I would have like to have given 5 stars and written a glowing review here, unfortunately along with the good, there was some terrible as well.
Let me start with the Good. The Customer Support provided by the ASDA tyre team, specifically Gabby, was wonderful. I have no doubt that if it were not for her calm and professional manner, I would have cancelled the order at the outset.
Now to the not so good. ASDA tyres really should manage their contracts with the various Fitting Workshops much better. I went to a pre-fixed appointment at a local centre - Formula One (F1) Auto Centre in Farnborough - to be treated appallingly, and this is after paying almost £1400 for four tyres + Tracking. The centre had no clue about my appointment, the tyres had not been delivered, and the machine for wheel alignment had been out of commission for more than a week. The chap at the centre was extremely rude, not just to me, but to ASDA Tyres as well shouting things like ‘if you want milk and bread buy it from ASDA, not tyres’. I am not sure what I as a paying customer had done wrong to be shouted at in front of a whole bunch of other customers.
So Gabby set me up with another Centre - GForce Tyres - for replacement of four tyres, and four wheel alignment once again. I land up there, and no they are not aware of my appointment - apparently its first come, first serve. I threatened to cancel the order and walk away, and they then took the car, HOWEVER, the tracking couldn’t be carried out that day, could I come back a few days later? Cancelled the Tracking and received an instant refund from ASDA Tyres.
Hence the title - Mixed Experience. Good Customer Support, Terrible Vendor Selection and Management by ASDA Tyres.

I was booked in by them for 12/05/2026 at 3.00pm to have the service I paid
for I called around 2 hours before to check they could do the job as my car
is a Lamborghini Performante cost over £200,000 and very expensive

When I arrived a guy covered in oil came up to me and told me to pull the car in then 2 of them looked at it and said its not a job they could do no idea why its booked in.
The place was a scrap yard breaking cars not a place for an expensive super car
I ended up with a screw in my rear tyre which now means I have to replace both of these.
You should vet who are allowing to fit tyres for you
I asked for a refund and they said nothing to do with them!!!!!!

All the remote fitters were quotting me over double what I paid with these Absolute Legends for the same thing. Was going to be a similar time frame for taking care of everything and Raja at the fitters was informativw, smooth and quick at the appointment.

Purchased two tyres went to the fitter, they sent one which was the wrong size

Fitter couldn't do anything, called ASDA they contacted the supplier said they would call back. They didnt. Contacted online and got

'We have requested information for them, we are waiting a response from the supplier as soon as we have this we can then advise further. I understand it is frustrating that only one tyre has been delivered. We can experience delays in the delivery and fitting of tyres due to us being a mail order facility. We do state this within our terms and conditions which are agreed to prior to purchase. '

Woeful. Pay a bit extra and find a company with some direct accountability.

Bought some tyres, worked out where I could get them fitted, paid for everything then received an email saying the tyres were unavailable.

They couldn't tell me which tyres were available only to go look again at the website.

I asked to cancel, this was done but refunds take a week to process!

Kinda useless, you're better off going direct to the tyre fitters.

On time, good service

I've used Asda a number of times to replace tyres. It's simple to arrange and runs smoothly. The price is also competitive.

Bes price (by a distance) for the required tyre and very easy to order.

The fitter (Switch Fleet Services) was also excellent. I chose mobile fitting and the communication was great.

ASDA tyres offer great value and I can select the specific tyres I want.

Good selection of tyres to chose from and my tyres are not the easiest size to find. Excellent price and a choice of 2 local garages for fitting. Tyre ordered Friday lunchtime with fitting slot booked for Monday morning. Garage called Saturday lunchtime to say tyre had arrived ! Simple process, great prices, will definitely use again.

Friendly accommodating but above all did a great job! Especially in the fact that they torque your wheels! Not a gun.. But properly spanner torque … now that rare!

Disappointing, ordered my tyre 2 days ago, and 3 hours before my booking time for tyre fitting, received call from Asda tyres that sorry garage is fully booked, called customer service and lady said it’s not our fault, what nonsense is this

​I am updating this review to reflect that Asda Tyres has now officially refused to honor their Price Match Guarantee on Order aASD4V3Q7YZ1.

​Despite their sister site (etyres.co.uk) offering the exact same tyres at the same local garage (Wilco Motosave, Hunslet Road) for a lower total price, they are refusing to match it.

Their excuse is that I used a discount code—even though the lower price on their sister site also uses the exact same "SPRING10" public promotion.
​Most frustratingly, I reached out via their "Get Help" form on 08/05/2026—well before my fitting on 10/05/2026—to flag this price difference. Despite being open, they conveniently never replied until after the work was done. Had they replied at the time, I would have cancelled the order and booked elsewhere.

​When I finally got through on Live Chat (Support IDs: id4Y76NN-LLG2Y and idVZGP6L-RRXLR), I was told by an agent that chat customers are "not a priority" compared to phone calls.

This company uses silence and technicalities to avoid honoring their own advertised terms. I have documented everything—including the PDF quote from their own sister site confirming the lower price—and will now be reclaiming the difference via a Section 75 dispute with my bank.

You have stated that price matches apply to 'publicly advertised online prices.' The price I provided from etyres.co.uk is exactly that. The SPRING10 discount is a public banner offer available to every visitor on their site, not a restricted or member-only deal.
