Refurbishment of shower/cloakroom

From the outset, the approach from all the team @ASE was professional & focused on our needs. From Sarah in the design department, to all members of the Install team, Scott Andy & Jerry in particular, time was freely given listening to us & giving us suggestions for our consideration. The installation was completed to a very high standard & great care was taken to leave our property neat & tidy at the end of every day. We would have no hesitation in recommending ASE.

As ever, ASE did an excellent job in designing and installing a replacement for my 25 year old kitchen island extraction unit. This follows on from a very successful installation of a luxury en suite shower room in 2024. I will use them again to update further kitchen appliances.

ASE have just completed our bathroom renovation. Everyone we dealt with was professional, polite and efficient from helping us choose our bathroom hardware, managing the project, to the renovation itself. I would like to pass my heartfelt thanks to Dan, Scott and Luke who, together, made the whole experience as painless as possible.

The ASE team have been absolutely brilliant in the installation of our new kitchen. From the initial meeting, through the planning stage and onto the installation itself, the process was excellent. I must mention Andy in particular. He fitted the kitchen, was with us throughout and his attention to detail was that of a true craftsman. I can fully recommend this company and their workmen in every respect.

ASE has recently completely refitted three bathrooms for us, involving some building work.
The team all displayed professionalism and craftsmanship. Sarah did superbly in helping us plan the rooms, and decide upon the fixtures and fittings, and Scott has done a wonderful job in leading the installation process. Jerry, Luke, Shaun, Ben and Hayden were great to work with. Whenever we asked them to do something more than the basics, they were happy to do so, resulting in a finish and detail we are delighted with. They have been respectful of our home and tidy in their work.
We would recommend ASE and will be looking to them to help us with future projects.

Over the last eight years we have used ASE on a number of projects in properties in Ludlow and Rickmansworth. We have always received good service and the latest kitchen project was excellently managed from the design through to the execution, overcoming any glitches along the way and helping us with unrelated, but vital minor works. The new room was left immaculately clean on completion, so thank you to all involved.

ASE have completed a substantial bathroom refit, with additions involving three other rooms. The showroom team were helpful, well informed and patient, quotations were prompt and reliable. Installation was undertaken with confidence and steady speed, and with genuine courtesy and flair. Workmanship and cleanliness were of a high order. Communication with us was excellent throughout. Sarah, Scott, Luke and Haden were outstanding. We will use these people again.

We chose ASE to do a makeover on our bathroom and ensuite. Our first points of contact were with Sarah and Scott. Sarah was helpful and patient when talking us through design ideas and product ranges and Scott was always accomodating and available to talk through any questions we had.
However, it was Jerry and his installation team who were nothing short of exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of their skills and craftsmanship. They were professional, tidy, polite and always treated the our home with respect. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Jerry's attention to detail throughout the project was very impressive.
Our whole experience with ASE from start to finish has been entirely positive and we are thrilled with the results. We are grateful to them all for a fabulous job and would highly recommend!

We had a complete kitchen, utility and dining room change requiring taking down a wall, blocking off an external door and replacing a window with a door. All the work was done in a wholly professional manner with workers who gave us confidence that everything would be done properly.
The quality of the work is exceptional, from the design through to the finish and the kitchen units are of an exceptional quality.
We would recommend ASE to anyone thinking of changing their kitchen.

We chose ASE because they were highly recommended in Ludlow, and they have definitely lived up to their reputation. They designed and built a really beautiful kitchen for us, with a new raised ceiling & skylight. The furniture is excellent quality too, and they laid a natural terracotta floor which we love. They have a team of tradesmen that work together & the whole build took half as long as we expected it to. We'll be going back to them for much more work in the future.

We had our bathroom updated by ASE and found them to be excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and Jerry and Harvey (the installers) were very good, cleaning up every day. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend ASE.
