It’s a fabulous one stop shop for plumbing supplies and bathroom/kitchen ideas, plus a great little cafe on-site too! The staff are great and they will always do their best to help you out.

We have had 3 projects completed very successfully by ASE. From the initial design meeting with Dan at ASE’s showroom where everything is talked through followed by the site visit from Scott through to the installation by Luke we have been very happy. The work is completed to a very high standard and any questions are answered thoroughly. They are a great team of people and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Attention to detail and my requirements was great.They were also good at clearing up after the work was completed.

ASE recently replaced 3 bathrooms for us (2 shower rooms and one main bathroom), the design process went really well and they were very patient with us changing our mind a few times! The team who fitted were fantastic, they cleaned up every day and did their absolute best to minimise the mess. At the outset they advised it would take 4 weeks for the works and they finished after just 3.5 weeks, we were very impressed. They were always cheerful and helpful on site and the quality of the finish is fabulous. We are so happy and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

ASE were recommended to us by several friends and neighbours. We are delighted that we also chose ASE to fit our new bathroom. It was only a small space but with their very helpful and knowledgeable team we were able to have all all the features that we were hoping for. Everything fitted perfectly and the finish was superb, making the bathroom appear so much bigger! We'd definitely recommend ASE.

We were reassured by the fact that the designer was so knowledgeable and was able to give us some ideas we hadn’t thought of which we went with as we were confident his ideas would work..and they far exceeded our expectations. We had a problem with an oven which was inclusive of a kitchen installation carried out by ASE some four years ago. I contacted Barney Jones after all this time at ASE and the level of support and care is far beyond exceptional. After providing some information and photos we now have a Neff engineer visiting to investigate the issue all of which has been organised through ASE.
How many companies can you go to four years after a purchase and still get this level of support?

Outstanding service at every turn. From purchase to supply to complete installation. Diligent, thorough and polite. If you have an idea or a problem in their field they have the answers. When installing they are so good they are a pleasure to have around. If they are delayed they will tell you. They won't leave you wondering what's happening. ASE are not just reliable. Trust them.

The fitting staff were courteous and considerate. They were on site for the best part of five weeks and conducted themselves very well indeed.
The standard of work achieved was excellent and we are delighted with the results.

Every aspect was done with professionalism and on time. We’re delighted by the finished kitchen which was project managed by Scott who kept is informed at every stage.

We had an excellent designer in Will, who was creative and knowledgeable about every aspect of kitchen components. And then we had a superb fitter in Roger, who was a real craftsman.

A very thorough company to work with, great attention to detail. The communication of the design was very good and Sara was always available for discussion.
Jerry and Matt were extremely professional from start to finish and the floors and furniture were completely covered to prevent damage/dust at all times. They were a joy to welcome into the house from start to finish. I would highly recommend ASE. Superb jobs were done on two bathrooms with minimum disruption and a perfect result. Thank you.

We can't recommend ASE in Ludlow highly enough. We have used them for several projects including a new bathroom and a new kitchen and utility. From start to finish they have been excellent: their consultation, their showroom and range of high quality products, and their customer service. Each and every member of the team has been excellent with superb communications and fast responses. And they are fairly priced too.
