Everything is great except the hole pattern of the wheelbase. I have pre-drilled mounting that is compatible with many manufacturers in the market. Asetek is a different one for sure.... that's why i'm giving four stars.

I spent about a year researching wheelbases and pedals to upgrade my fanatec eco system. Almost bought simagic, then I saw a review of the Invicta s pedals and learned about Aseteks technology, I was sold. Placed my order, received it in 3 days. Had a question on set up and sent an email. I had an answer within an hour. Everything about this company is inline with me. I watch the ceo's videos and just think to myself, this guy gets it. The products are top of the line at a fair price. And they're not from China. Thanks for a wonderful product and experience.

Product and price were awesome. Software is good with games supported but not many games directly supported.

Would be nice to have a the option to load into or overwrite inclusive/robust preset or default configurations for the games supported such as game keybindings and wheel configuration files.

More games supported. Forza horizon being a popular series.

Bought a la prima bundle and its amazing, I'm very happy with my purchase and the way it was handled, it has a very good feeling. What an improvement from my previous fanatec wheel. Only one little problem is the squeaking noise from brake pedal, aside from that it's amazing. Very recomendable.

Products Asetek make has best quality, I’m very satisfied with purchase and can recommend others. Only downside is shipping costs, a bit too much in my opinion. But overall perfect purchase.

Asetek's customer service is top notch. They are experienced and know what to do and how to do it fast. You can tell they care about service and quality. I had an issue with my Forte wheelbase and I live in Alabama. They had it fixed in Denmark and back to me in under 2 weeks. I have a lot of Asetek gear and have never had an issue. I think this issue was only because of newer technology in their Asetek Forte Pro steering wheel, IMO. I have no worries with Asetek!

After a week even bought some upgrades and everything was as explained in the tutorials.

Hawri was very patient and helpful. We went through some solid troubleshooting, and he eventually sent a new part for my qr adapter. Will definitely go back to Asetek for future products.

The only good thing about my experience with Asetek was the straightforward RMA process. Unfortunately, that’s where things went downhill — hence the low rating.

It took nearly three weeks to receive a replacement, with each reply taking about a day. I mistakenly listed my billing address on the contact form, but I also provided the purchase order showing the correct shipping address and assumed it would be verified before shipping.

Asetek stated they would send tracking information once the item shipped, but I only received it after following up almost a week later — by then, two failed delivery attempts had already occurred at my old address. When I notified them of the incorrect shipping address, their response was essentially, “We can’t change the address. We use whatever you provided. Hope you manage the situation internally.”

Not only did they fail to provide tracking information in a timely manner — which could have allowed me to correct the issue early — but they also made no attempt to contact the shipping company or reroute the package. Poor communication and lack of basic customer service ruined what could have been a simple exchange.

Less than a year of having the invicta wheelbase it just stopped working. Spent months diagnosing and they told me to send it in. The did their tests and I paid $515 to get it back and it works as it should now.

Peddles work okay, the safety plastic piece for the chord on the peddles was broken off when I recieved them. So now I had to find another way to secure the chord to make sure it didnt get tangles in the peddles.
I think 3 stars is fair giving the struggle I should not have had to go through
