Yesterday, Rob, an engineer from A Shade Greener Boilers, came to have a look at a problem that we had with our boiler heating the hot water. He was very professional and efficient. He was immediately able to diagnose the problem and got it fixed. Very pleased with the outcome.

Woke up this morning to my Shade Greener boiler not working. I've had it 13yrs now and this is the first time it's ever happened. Rang A Shade Greener and go through to someone straight away. Spoke to Scott who was fantastic; professional, efficient and happy to have a joke with you. He diagnosed the fault within 5 minutes over the phone and an hour later an engineer had attended and fixed the fault. Again, friendly, professional and efficient.

Awful company. Was persuaded by a salesman from A Shafe aGreener into purchasing a boiler from them...
Nearly £10,000 with the very high interest finance. I was ripped off couldnt afford it, ended up in debt had to sort a payback plan out etc.
Now, I find out that they've attached there name to my mortgaged house as having proprietorship over my home. How??? I don't know yet.
They, also, did a shabby job when they ut the boiler in and they never rectified it. Now I can't sell my house without their permission! Disgusting.
