Lee was brilliant. Clearly understands the business what my needs were and resolved what a team of solicitors could not do in two weeks.

Helpful Phone Call

Sarah was really helpful on the phone. Asked me to check a few things on the boiler and then said she’d call me back once she’d spoken to an engineer. Got a call back within 5 minutes with a time for an engineer visit.

I had a problem with my boiler,they arranged someone to come out from another company,couldn't get the part till Tuesday as it's a bank holiday,been speaking to Lee he's been amazing been so nice and helpful can't thank him enough thanks Lee😁

Abysmal

Abysmal, use these clowns at your peril.
Broke terms of the contract from day one and months after finally finishing paying the account off, they STILL haven’t taken the charge off our house with the Land Registry. Financial Ombudsman is now reviewing the case, next step we will be instructing lawyers.
You will regret ever using these people. I don’t know how they are still allowed to trade. Checkout the Facebook groups if you want the real story.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service from start to finish, tried troubleshooting on the phone,when that didn’t work,got engineer out for the next day.
Rob the engineer was here 1st thing, polite,Friendly,efficient & left everything clean& tidy.

Good plumber, bad weekend serv

It would appear that no one was manning the phone at the weekend as only able to leave a message on the Saturday and Sunday. Having said that I was contacted first thing Monday morning and Rob attended on Tuesday. I was very happy with Rob's work. He was very friendly and corrected the fault. I would have given 5 stars for Rob.

The engineer texted with half an hour's notice, arrived within the time scale, did the job and tidied up afterwards.

Impressed & relieved customer.

A Shade Greener answered my 8.30am call on only the second ring and engineer Rob was at my house within an hour and fixed a wear and tear problem in no time. He was very friendly and efficient. Much relief because I care full-time for a disabled person and can't be without heating.

Left my home unsafe

A ‘repair’ made by shade greener left over 3500 ppm of carbon monoxide in the flue! Why was this not tested at the time? We only found out as luck had it yearly maintenance was booked the next day!
The boiler was shut off and a warning sticker put on - the next engineer that came out didn’t seem concerned at all said the last engineer just couldn’t be bothered to fix it and as he couldn’t get the warning sticker off just scribbled over it and wrote ‘safe’.
I’m currently in complaints proceedings

A SHADE GREENER BOILERS

We've had a boiler from ASG for 12 years on which the company provide annual maintainence. On the odd occasion we have a problem the company has always been very helpful and sent out one of their engineers asap( usually within 24hrs) to rectify.
This was the case when Rob arrived at 10am this morning and sorted out the issue within the hour.
Thank you Rob and ASAG.
EXCELLENT SERVICE as usual

Every year i have to go through the same thing with this company staff are rude there right and my agreement now has hidden costs £450 after ten years clam it's an over site on there behalf becks that apparently knows everything about the agreement i took out made this assumption
